    • These are the absolute best & Avarelle is amazing
I've been using these pimple stickers for about 6 months per a roommate's recommendation, and I cannot tell you how much I love them. They're barely noticeable (like I wear the daytime ones while working, on video calls, etc.) You leave them on for as long as you can without picking them off - rarely do they fall off unless the surface of your skin is wet/has lotion on it. Adhesive is strong and the product is high quality for a very reasonable price (esp. considering other experience with similar products, which were often much pricier). I've had acne forever, and used to use a lot of harsh chemicals on my face to try and keep it at bay. I've since moved my entire routine from a long history of expensive, medical-grade acne creams to grocery-aisle, gentle, derma-recommended yet affordable products, and they're working 10000x better - ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF THESE STICKERS. The patches prevent me from picking at my skin and they protect my skin barrier. For the few of you that might actually have read this far in my extremely long winded review & may be curious what I mean - my process is to wash my face with a gentle cleanser (cetaphil/cerave); rub a small dab of Differin across my entire face for general acne coverage; apply these Avarelle acne patches on cystic acne and problem areas; moisturize with CeraVe lotion; and finally, dab CeraVe healing ointment, serums, and/or vitamin oils gently on top. My skin has never looked better, healthier, or clearer. And it feels wildly soft, too. I must include, though - Avarelle Cosmetics is a wonderful company. Jenny from Avarelle Cosmetics wrote me a HAND WRITTEN THANK YOU NOTE, which is truly the most considerate, thoughtful, & thorough customer service experience I've ever had with a vendor on Amazon. The note even included a plug for their equal opportunity program for individuals with special needs, as well as a promotion for the artist that designed the card. I was extremely impressed and excited, as it is clear that Avarelle is a socially-responsible, empathetic brand that is working wildly hard through our unprecedented business environment (thanks Covid!). As long as I'm getting pimples, I'll be doing business with Avarelle. As a 25 year old with sensitive skin that still experiences breakouts, despite being out of my teen years, I'll probably be singing Avarelle's praises for the formidable future. 10/10. ... show more

    • This worked on a never-ending pimple
I’ve had this pimple on my chin for what seems like years, actually two years, to be exact. It’s one of those ‘underground’ ones that come and go, cannot be popped, there’s no head and it’s rock hard. I’ve never had acne or spotty pimples, and I’m long out of my teens. I’ve used creams and other patches, all with no relief. Three weeks ago, up it came with a vengeance. I thought I’d try one more patch, as a last resort, figuring I’ll unhappily end up living with it. After two weeks of nightly use only, I saw a head starting to form and I thought these patches just might be winning my underground battle. Sure enough, last night I chose to put as much pressure on it as I could. Lo and behold, after two years I saw the most beautiful chunk of gunk ever. There’s more to get rid of, but after my long story written here, I had to share with those who may have a never-ending, underground pimple experience. These absolutely worked! If these patches can work on one deep pimple, imagine how they’d work on smaller pimples? For what it’s worth, I would buy these and try it before throwing your money away on others. ... show more

Love this product! Historically I’ve used the Mario Badescu drying lotion to treat any pop up spots, but decided to give pimple patches a try since they’ve become much more popular lately. This one had good reviews and did not disappoint. I have sensitive skin & had no problems with this product, plus you could actually see the gunk it was removing which was super satisfying! ... show more

Unfortunately the product just didn't work for me. I've used up almost the whole pack and saw no noticeable difference or effect when using it; I'll probably stick to my mario drying lotion for spot treating acne. In all fairness to the product, it might work better on different types of acne. For reference I have combination oily skin, with the occasional minor breakout. Three stars because I can see it potentially working for others, particularly with protecting the area and absorption. Covers most pimples and might help prevent skin picking for some. Patches are easy to apply. Adhesion is fairly good, as long as your skin is clean and dry before application. I did notice they left a bit of residue that didn't always come off after washing my face in the morning, but was easily removed with a cotton pad and toner afterwards. I was a bit concerned when I saw it contained tea tree oil, but the product didn't give me any chemical burns. I consider that a plus since the last time I used a tea tree oil product, it ended with a trip to the dermatologist to treat minor chemical burns which caused my skin to blister and ooze, AND took weeks to heal. Overall, while the patches didn't really help me, they at least didn't make things worse. They're not crazy expensive, so if you're looking for a new product to address any acne problems, it's worth a try to see if it works for you. ... show more
