I purchased and used the AVAPOW Car Jump Starter Battery Jumper Starter to jump start my 2012 Mercedes C300. First, I was really nervous because I've NEVER jumped a battery nor have I ever seen or used a jump starter. I bought this one because I read the reviews and someone mentioned it was easy. The most difficult part of the process had nothing to do with the jump starter. I had to go online to find out where the positive and negative parts of my battery were located as it's not obvious on the C300. Once I connected the jump starter, the car started instantly. I was so proud of myself and excited that it worked! After jump starting the car, the jump starter registered from 100 to 4. I took the car to get the emissions done where they turned it off. The car did not start so we hooked the jump starter to it, and it actually started again. They turned the car off again. We used the jump starter once more, and it actually started the car for a third time!! It almost didn't want to, but it did. I HIGHLY recommend this jump starter. You never know when you'll be in a situation where you don't have a second car to get a jump from... Or in my situation, the front of the car where the battery was too far into the garage where another car couldn't get close enough to reach to do a jump. ... show more

Bought this in September and charged it , left in my trunk for an emergency! Come winter time I needed it and it wouldn’t turn on, must’ve gotten a defective unit, but I was past the return window so I reached out to Avapow directly , within 24 hours I was sent a new one! Just tried it last night for the first time and it didn't jump our Honda Odyssey. It was 100% charged and the van had at least enough power left to run the dashboard lights. !!!!UPDATE: I've tried it two times since my initial try and it has worked fine both other times. I think you have to follow the instructions exactly. You need to make sure the red and green blinking lights turn to a single solid green. That means its ready. Once I waited for that it has worked great. Update #2. The switch to turn the light on is not working. So now the light stays on and just drains the battery. That means it only lasted 10months. ... show more

This item is truly a lifesaver. It charged quickly and was powerful enough to start my SUV without using much of the battery. I have been having issues with my vehicles battery and purchased this just in case. I was leery because other reviews were mixed on this being able to hold a charge. I used it once and then kept it in my car. Several weeks later, I found myself in need of a jump again and I pulled this out. The battery had not depleted at all and I was able to start my car instantly. It has been weeks since then and I decided to just take a peek at the battery level and... it is still good. This charger is seriously the best. My car battery has been giving me trouble, but I haven’t had time to get it replaced. Basically for 3 days now I’ve had to give my car battery a little charge to get my car started. I drive a 2013 VW Golf. This charger is small but mighty. I hook it up to my battery and within 10 seconds it’s ready for me to start my car. This product is quick and reliable. If the charger is at 100% and I jump my car, it still has at least 90% left. I've had this jump starter for the better part of a year now, the product comes with the main battery pack, the jumper cables that connect to it, and a USB-C cable. It has worked as intended, jump started my car numerous times throughout the winter (or whenever I'd foolishly leave the car lights on). On occasion I'd use it to charge other devices as well, and it's worked pretty good. Flashlight is also really neat. Recharging the battery pack didn't take too long, probably a few hours at most from 0%. Don't leave it in the cold though, the battery will drain, so make sure to take this in during the winter season. Recently I made the mistake of leaving the jumper cables connected to the battery pack, DO NOT DO THIS, it will drain the battery and if left for a very long time, it will ultimately kill your product (mine sat for almost a month like this). I have tried leaving it to charge for over 2 day and it will not go past 99%, but it will not turn on and will reset the charge if unplugged. This incredibly important detail was not stated anywhere in the user manual, or on any of the yellow warning labels on the product itself. When it works, it works good, phenomenally even for the price, but this little mistake made this battery useless. A preventable issue had it been specified anywhere in the manual or on the warning labels.. ... show more
