It's a nice microwave and does everything its supposed to do. It does seem more powerful than I expected for a microwave this small. However, sometimes the carousel noticeably slips, even with a bowl of soup. Also the carousel makes one rotation about every 13 seconds. I love the unit as for as the look and the operation. I live in a place where I can see the kitchen when the I turn off the lights for bed. I've had other microwaves but never had this problem.
