Had this installed for a couple months now, works every day on my chicken coop. Does what it said not sure how water proof it is, it’s under a roof. Only gripe is that the set times stay active but the clock goes out when ever the power goes out or is unplugged, working on solar battery power source so I don’t have this issue. ... show more

It’s awesome, easy to install I gave it four stars because the instructions said to put inside the building, I did, know Iam move it outside. The photo eye need to be outside , for whin the door close’s.

    • Overall a good product
First thing, good instructions which often are lacking with these products. I suggest plugging everything in and test it to make sure it works before installing. The remotes don't come with batteries so you might want to have some 27A 12 volt batteries for testing. The sensor has a red led. When it's lit, the door won't move. If the door is closing and the sensor is tripped, the door will open. The instructions state the sensor needs to be at least 5cm away from anything to work. In my experience it needs more like 30cm (12"). I did have an issue with the display but it was handled quickly. ... show more

It working as described, but only problem is if power will be gone even for minute time setting will erase. So it is dangerous door will stay open until you notice that. So advice for producer to place time memory, maybe internal battery to save time if power will gone for few days.

    • Steer clear…Very difficult installation and programming is ridiculous
After a month of trying and then walking away …I’ve given up on this junk. Installed the hardware, watched the YouTube video numerous times because customer service is nonexistent. I am removing this waste of money junk out and installing the one with the string. Can’t believe I paid over $100 for this! Not worth the money or your free time after work trying to make it work. ... show more
