    • These are great for nav lights!
These work so much better than most LED navigation strip lights because of the all clear/ translucent housing. After mounting LED strip lights on my 14' Lund bow, they are angled slightly towards the water. It is amazing how much of the light strip is obscured from view when the sides are not translucent. Comparable lights have a black "housing" so their lights are only visible when they are mounted perpendicular with the surface of the water. Therefore, they are essentially directional. These, however, have an excellent, unobstructed field of view. These are also sealed very well, making them waterproof. And yes, they are VERY bright. Highly recommend. ... show more

Looks nice when it’s installed. Super bright at night so you don’t have to worry about getting a ticket over it. Easy to install, but the adhesive on the back of it is not the greatest so I would be prepared for it to start coming off soon. Otherwise it’s a great product.

The Auto Buero Boat Lights was very easy to install on my 12ft kayak. The adhesion is strong, but I also added marine silicone around the light strips just for extra strength for the long haul, because I go out fishing in my kayak regularly. The led light strips are easy to hook up to the battery, and at some point, I will be adding a power switch for them. The all-clear translucent housing around the lights is great and allow them to shine so bright. The housing is made to not corrode and are waterproof. As in the pictures above you can see how bright the lights are in the daytime, and how bright they will be when it is dark. The navigation lights are a great addition to any boat, or kayak. The navigation lights are a good safety feature as well, because they allow other boats, or kayaks to see you from a far. Good quality lights. ... show more

    • AUTO BUERO's Nav Bow lights are perfect! AMAZON is letting us jazz up our 12 ft boat.
These AUTO BUERO BOW LIGHTS are the perfect size and REALLY BRIGHT for a 12 ft. aluminum boat. Not sure if the adhesive that holds the NAV BOW Lights in place will last over the long haul. I'm also installing a rocker switch to control the several electrical devices I will be adding to the boat including a great Bow Nav Light. AMAZON really does give you such a huge selection of items for my small boat, it used to be so hard to find accessories for small boats but not anymore. The description of these bow lights describes how no tools are needed for mounting these lights but there is a difference between mounting these lights on the bow and INSTALLING these lights on a small aluminum boat where the lights are in the front obviously and the source of that power is a car or marine battery running through a rocker switch bolted to the gunwale of the boat with the ability to disconnect the battery using a switch instead of actually physically disconnecting it. Get help if you need it, for a small boat any electrician can help but as the project grows or you have a larger boat, don't be afraid to ask for help.. All in all, with the addition of these Bow lights we are on our way to a very great summer! ... show more
