cats liked the mouse at first, got bored ot it kind of quickly. the cardboard scratcher is the same as any other durability-wide, however its a weird size and i could not for the life of me find a replacement scratcher that fit in this. the ball isnt super tight in the track either, you can flip it over without the ball falling out, but my cats constantly pull the ball out ... show more

I bought a second one because my cats would fight over the first one I bought. They love playing with them and haven’t had issues with them scratching on things they shouldn’t be. One of my cats also love napping on it for some reason.

Needed something the cat would play with that she's actually supposed to play with and this seems to distract her enough. it's not a toy she'll spend hours a day with it but it's enough of a distraction that it's worth. She's been able to remove the ball a few times, i'm not sure if that's an issue with the design or if my model got slightly warped in an area or something but it's pretty uncommon and not an issue.
