Edit to add: after submitting the below review, the company reached out and gave me a full refund. I am incredibly impressed with Joe and the company’s efforts to provide above and beyond customer service so I am adding 3 stars for the service I was provided. Got this because it fit the bill of what we wanted in a push/pull wagon. I have used it for the normal trips to the zoo, to the park, etc. The first time I used it, the push handle wouldn’t stay locked into the height I needed it and pushed down to the next lowest position making it hard to push since I am a taller woman (5’8”). I had to keep adjusting the height every time we were ready to move to the next spot. Very annoying. The second issue is the canopy. No matter how tight you strap it down, the poles move inward, won’t stay in place and the canopy droops down, touching my the top of my daughters head. I missed my return window so I can’t return it and I’m stuck with a crappy wagon. Please do yourself a favor and buy a little bit more expensive, sturdier and well-built wagon. ... show more

I bought this wagon to carry stuff for kids’ soccer games and it has been working really well. We took it for the Zoo trip and my kids 1 and almost 3 years old could fit in perfectly. Even 8 and 9 years old were fighting to sit in there. It was surprisingly smooth to push. I had a trouble with one of the brake not working properly so emailed customer support and they mailed new wagon right away! Thank you Joe for great customer service. Overall we love this wagon! We have taken this thing shopping, too the fair and to the zoo. Few things we have noticed- 1. The canopy pole holders are very flimsy. They move around or slide so the canopy might need adjusted. 2. There is very little padding on the bottom. So if you have kids that are sitting in the wagon, bring a pillow or blanket to put down. 3. If the kids have been sitting in the wagon, we cannot get ours to fold up using the center pull handle (piece of fabric sewn into the bottom of the main seating area. 4. The handle if you are pushing is a little wobbly Other than those few items the wagon has saved us from being our kids pack mules so we can enjoy the outings as well. ... show more

I bought this wagon before going on vacation and taking my two Furbaby‘s both under 10 pounds along. We did some beach hopping between Destin Florida down along the coast toward New Orleans. This made traveling with my dogs so much easier as I could strap them in with carabiner clips attached from their short leash harness to the end of the inside of wagon and still had room for my suitcase, small ice chest, beach tent, beach blanket, and towels. Super easy to fold and put away. The handles could be a bit more sturdy but they still work great. The canopy doesn’t really stay in place and is very flimsy so we mostly kept it off but it’s a nice addition to have if your planning to be I. The sun all day and need to provide quick shade. This will always go with me on vacations from now on simply bc it holds So much! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I used it for just twice so far for games on field. So far so good except for the canopy. Two out of four sticks that hold up the canopy (on one end of the weapon) couldn’t hold up because the little thing with a hole that is supposed to hold the stick in place is not stable at all. It moves a few inches back and forth on the bar so the canopy always looks like it’s falling. See pictures and the video. Please advise me what to do to stabilized the two little things or replace the part for me. ... show more

Wagon itself comes pre made and expands from the folded position easily. The instructions on how to attach accessories are not easy to read or see, however by looking at the picture on Amazon as a guide on where things go is doable. Took my son (9yrs 4ft 3 75 lbs) and daughter (4yrs 35 lbs) for a test ride on smooth flat sidewalk * recommend the push stroller bar and rougher surface - yard/ grass. * recommend the pull wagon handle. Both fit fine, said it didn’t hurt their butts and the awning cover fit with my son sitting in the wagon. Great buy. Excited to take to the county fair, zoo and soccer practice. ... show more
