  • Only a turn table, no speakers
Size: AT-LP60 Color: Orange
When you're unfamiliar with record players, what they need or consist of, asking yourself questions as "what is Resonance?" or just overwhelmed with all these new parts such as needles, tone arms, turntable mat's, and such. Well, I can tell you right now, if you want to enjoy you're records and music sessions for yourself, you're going to want to go with Audio Technica. I believe this may be one of their cheaper models, but I don't think you need to over extend you're wallet if you're unfamiliar with all of the choices out there. So why this one? Easy. it's a freakin' AWESOME record player! The record starts spinning at a press of a button, with a tone arm to follow in suit after. Simply place you're record of you're audio-technica turntable mat, and press the button. (After assembly) Don't feel like pressing the button and want to drop the needle yourself? go right ahead; the response time is immediate. The ATXLP60 comes in 3 color options; I chose orange because ... why not. This is probably the best record player for a newbie, or for someone who wants to give a great gift in a new hobby. Assembly: I've never had to "assemble" a record player, but it really gave me a sweet satisfaction seeing it put together, and understand some of the mechanics of the process. The instructions, obviously, work. I wouldn't stress about breaking anything; it's mostly setting a plate on the turn table, and making sure the belt is wrapped around the left side spindle. The record player is wide, but light weight. After using a large Crossly for so long, I'm very happy with the size of the product. Giftability: Yes! But be sure to have a good pair of speakers to come along, otherwise, you're friend isn't going to be able to listen to their records. Packaging for the products are legit, and just arrive in pristine condition. Overall: Normally you can get all in 1 record player for this price, with all the gizmo's and attachments. With the speakers not built into the record player, we are looking at no resonance feedback. As long as you take care of the record player, it's going to last longer than the needle. Which, mind you, needs replacing after awhile, in case you were not aware. Audio-Technica also specializes in needles, which is great perk. I'd like to mention that the needles for these "all in one" record players have a cheaper model of needle, and may damage your records in long term use. I skipped out on the blue tooth option, which i slightly regret now after buying a good pair of speakers, but I feel that it's a non essential in record player needs. ... show more

  • Great quality
Size: AT-LP60 Color: Orange
I bought this to replace my crossley , and it’s literally night and day. Everything about this is so much better, if you purchase this player I recommend buying the bluetooth speakers to go with them( https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0719C132V/ref=psdcmw_3236451011_t2_B016P9HJIA?th=1&psc=1 ) link.

  • Terrific turntable
I ordered this turntable specifically for the Bluetooth function. When I tried to connect this turntable via Bluetooth to my Vizio sound bar I was unable to accomplish this. I must have spent two hours messing around with it and becoming more and more frustrated. I read the other reviews here about people having connect problems with the Bluetooth function. I was about to give up when I decided to search further on the internet for instructions on how to do this. I found an excellent video on YouTube that very slowly and deliberately explains the pairing process. I was able to connect to the sound bar and listen to my music in less than 10 minutes. The source of my frustration was simply operator error. If you are having problems connecting, just go to YouTube, search for the video and follow the directions very carefully. I am so glad that I purchased this turntable. ... show more

  • Bluetooth is the key feature, and it is lacking.
The main selling feature of this is the bluetooth capability, and that is why I chose this turntable. The bluetooth on this leaves quite a bit to be desired. I've had this for about 6 months now, and I am just really disappointed with the bluetooth. Before you leave a comment saying that I didn't follow this or that instruction, let me tell you that I know how to use it, and have successfully connected all my devices. That is not the problem. The issue is that the bluetooth connection is VERY spotty and the audio often breaks up. I use this in my office only, which is about 10'x10' so I really can't get any farther than 10' away, rarely more than 8', and honestly the problem happens at ranches of only 2'-3'. If I have to keep a speaker right next to the player, what is the point of a bluetooth connection? And truthfully I got this so that I could listen on my bluetooth headphones while I work. Other than the bluetooth issue, the turntable works/sounds great to me. I like the start/stop features. Pretty cool, actually. This saved my review from being a 2 star. Bottom line, though, the bluetooth was the selling feature for me, but I think I would have been better off getting a turntable without bluetooth, and getting a good transmitter to plug into it. Then I could have gotten something with direct drive that also played 78s. Oh well. I expected more from Audio Technica. ... show more

  • Great for new collectors!
Size: AT-LP60 Color: Orange
I bought this as a beginner entering into vinyl collecting. Honestly it sounds great, works great and looks great. Even if I got a better one I still think I’d keep this one around. I’ve had it a year now and haven’t had any issues whatsoever.

  • Awesome entry turntable
Size: AT-LP60 Color: Orange
Sounds great but not worth scalper prices, some of the listings on here are $200+....before it was discontinued if detailed for $99 . Got in on here as an open box for a great price - if you can find it for msrp or below, I definitely suggest it, otherwise skip it and go for the newer version (LP60X) or a higher end model for basically what you’d be paying for an entry level turntable without Bluetooth. With some nice headphones I’ve got no complaints! It’s a great machine and I’ve really enjoyed it. ... show more

  • This turntable with make you a vinyl collecting addict!
Size: AT-LP60 Color: Orange
I never game a damn about vinyl until I met my flatmate that was born in 1997. This old soul millennial and I bonded over Mick Rock photos and listening to record albums on a basic Jessen turntable. I started buying 1 or 2 albums every other month, but when my flat mate and I went in together on this turntable, I became a vinyl junkie. We got it set up to a 5.1 sound system, not necessary and a bit excessive for this turntable, but so worth the ear orgasms when you can adjust the sound levels. Now I buy a new record album 1 or 2 per week. ... show more
