Running through batteries on my Quest 3 controllers. You know that moment when you're about the hood into a game, you're about to kill a boss, annnd your controller battery dips out 🤬....did you lose the battle and not win the war? Me too--3 hours of intense gameplay down the drain. Frustrated, I bought these controllers. They arrived promptly. They are well designed. Decent quality. Only issue was one of the rechargeable controllers wouldn't hold a charge. No matter what I did the controller wouldn't hold a charge. Upon contactinh customer support for a replacement controller, within a week I had a brand new set of controllers. I had only asked for the broken one to be replaced. That was incredibly prompt and efficient customer service. Now that there both up and running, I absolutely love the controllers. I even made my husband by a set for his headset . The controllers show no lag. They hold a charge for at least 6 hours of intense non-stop gaming. I haven't taken them past the 6 hour mark as even I need a break from VR. LOL. They hold a charge very well for a few days. Haven't had to check past that as I pick up my Q3 at least 5 times a week. Overall a very decent product and checks all the boxes. ... show more

Update—In two days I have received a replacement product, brand new and working perfectly. Changed my original review from 1 star to 5 stars because I love the look and feel of these rechargeable grips, they are just perfect for my kid/sized hands. Batteries are working great. Great fast turn around!!!!! Original—Dead on arrival. The battery never worked, even though I get a green light indicating it is fully charged. I’m returning it and will purchase it again. Maybe I’ll get lucky the second time around. If so, I’ll change my review accordingly! ... show more

    • Works for the most part, but does need a new design for charging.

Pros: These grips work great when they are fully charge. They do not interfere with the controller sensors which is good, and extend your grip. Cons: Like some others, I did have a issue after a few days of the right battery not charging completely until it would not charge any more. Was going to sent them back, but since I like to tinker, I wanted to find out why. The battery has two brass nubs that protrude from the battery, that come in contact with two strips of metal inside of the silicone grips. The issue is that these strips of metal are very thin. When you pull the grips on the controller, the metal twist, or bend out of shape and will not contact the nubs on the battery. Although they might work out the box, eventually the pressure from you grip will deform these metal strips, and at some point will lose contact. I was able to fix mine, by realigning the strips to make contact again. Message to the manufacturer: Shorten, widen, and thicken the metal strips in the grips to make better/secure contact. By doing these suggestions, it strengthens the metal. ... show more

Like the title says these are probably the best quest 3 controller grips I've ever used. They send you a free battery for both and I've had zero issues. The only tiny little problem is the controllers can't seem to figure out how much battery life they have left but they do at least live up to their 15-hour battery life and I'd wager it's more like 20 to 24. So nice to be able to plug these in and let them charge when you go to bed at night and the two-way splitter USBC cable is fantastic. I absolutely love these. ... show more

Other than the issues I've had charging and holding a charge, I really like these controller grips. The grip design doesn't seem to affect tracking, the materials feel good, they're comfortable for extended use, they're just big enough for my XL hands and also fit my kids, and they have indicator lights for charging. But maybe 10-20% of the time, I have some kind of battery issue. Part of the problem is the laughable 280 mAh of the batteries; the 15-year old rechargeable AAs I used before these have SEVEN times the capacity at 1900-2000 mAh. But there's another issue with how they charge, or how they hold a charge, beyond just the capacity. I'll have full battery and then all of the sudden after an hour of use, one controller will die. And I've been careful to make sure they're securely fit. It's claimed these last 20-28 hours. They've lasted that long maybe once. ... show more

I ordered these and the battery was dead upon arrival but, no problem, I put them to charge and waited, and once they showed green I put them in my quest 3 controller and started my workout and they where fine, the next day they stared cutting in and out then just stopped working, battery level was at 65%. I chared them again anyway to 100% and the same thing happened. I contacted the seller and within one day I received a replacement batteries dead, charged overnight this time the left controller would not connect. I took the battery out put it back in and still not working. I bought these because of a YouTuber person I follow and the disappointment is real. I ended up sending both back. I hope they figured it out. I see other people on YouTube saying they had similar problems. UPDATE: So after much communication with the seller about the battery issue they have done some update's to the batteries and I have had no problems with my controllers anymore.The communication was always great and positive.I do use my controllers for working out 6 days a week 45 min to and hour so I have to charge them once a week. I hope to see this company come out with spare batteries and a charger that they can charge in while using the other ones. Would definitely recommend these controllers. ... show more
