The media could not be loaded. This shoe rack requires assembly of 5 pieces per shoe box. It came with instructions but even without it was intuitive. Each piece has tabs to click in place while assembling. This is not like the other shoe storage boxes where the box sides are made of flimsy plastic. These were all separate rigid plastic pieces and worth the cost! Each box is about the size of a large shoebox. I was able to fit sneakers for myself and my son, and doubled up with 2 sandals in one box. They stack well with pegs and are great for organizing with a minimalistic style. Big plus they can stack taller tipping the other direction and are easy to carry to the kitchen for my kitchen needs. These bins can attach with enclosed plastic like dowels to stack if not needing to carry to other locations, individually for use. The media could not be loaded. Nice shoe box...bought 12 shoe boxes for my wife for Mothers Day and she loved them. Out of the 12, 1 was broken...but I contacted the seller and they took care of it, right away...so that's a plus in my book. For the most part they were easy to assemble... you may have some problems with putting some of the doors on, but if you keep working with it, it will snap-on...I saw other reviews where they sent the boxes back due to not being able to get them on...don't give up though...lol The door of the box is the best feature if you ask me...the door is clear and hard/solid compared to the rest of the box which is cloudy and flimsy....plus they have strong magnets as well...honestly I was kind of jealous of that...cuz in my closet, I have the more expensive shoe boxes from another company that are clear on all sides, but my doors are flimsy with weaker magnets...wish I could have these doors on my shoebox...lol.
