  • Bad ASS Board!
This is a quality board and perfect for "medium sized" adults. Great on rough surfaces!!! I will use it primarily for exercising my Husky, Mr. Banks while I simply hang on and enjoy the ride!!!

  • Solid beginner board
This seems like a solid beginner board, particularly if you already have familiarity with other board sports. The velcro bindings are sturdy enough for carving and small jumps. It took us a bit to find a place to ride that was steep enough to go while being slow enough we could get by without protective gear. Once we pumped up the tires it rode smoothly and was plenty responsive on turns without having to further adjust the trucks. ... show more

  • Great fun quality product!
It arrived and the package was a little damaged but only issue was a couple flats, but since i read the other reviews i purchased some tubes that arrived before the board and i contacted amazon about the issue of replacement of the tubes.. hopefully that goes smoothly... But it is verry sturdy and supports 220 easily and the entire product is very well made it may not be top of the line but its definitely a quality product! Design looks cool and straps feel great the straps are of high quality. Comes with a valve stem remover on one of the valve caps and a cheap wrench for assembly.. I recommend using a regular skating tool or buying one because it has all the same sizes. ... show more

  • Good board, good trucks, good wheels, poor coating.
Excellent quality for the price. Only issue I have is the paint/coating will rapidly degrade and and thus not protect the wood, which is going to get wet and grow fungi if you use it the way I do. I re-coated the board and so far so good. I weigh 200 lbs and it hasn't broken yet, though I don't land any big sends. ... show more

  • Excellent condition
I haven't done any heavy riding yet. My only complaint is that it came missing the front truck washer on the bushings. I was a little frustrated but I had one laying around off an old board anyways. It's not the sellers fault otherwise it arrived and was in great condition otherwise and I love the board. ... show more

  • also had a flat
Like several of the other reviewers, one of the wheels shipped with a puncture. I havent tried to get it resolved, but it is annoying. Edit: 10/5/2012 Non existent customer service for the flat issue. Just add ~$12 to the price to get the true price as you will possibly have a flat and have to buy a tube. Im leaving at 3* because even adding $12 to the price, it is still an ok value. I probably would buy local if I had to do again so I could make sure the tires were all inflated. I just didnt know of a store that sold them locally. ... show more

  • shipped with a flat
Well it showed up fast but had a hole in the inner tube at the stem so very hard to fix. Used a patch and a can of fix it flat and it will hold air for about a 1/2 hour of riding... I have called MBS 3 times in the last 2 week and they keep saying they have shipped a new tube, but I still don't have it. They say the mail must have lost it and will send another. In other words they forgot to ship it in the first place. Not the way a seller or manufacturer should take care of a customer. I am bummed out. When its time to upgrade I will look at other brands. ... show more

  • Can be very fun!
At first, I was pretty skeptical. It doesn't move well on pavement, and the bindings obviously will stop you from getting a good push off going anyway. However, after airing up the tires to maximum capacity and finding the best grass hills in my area, I've spent a couple hours outside on the thing several times. It can be a blast. It moves really quickly over grass slopes and turning on it actually does feel really smooth. It's not perfect, but if you have access to large grass hills, or steep, smoothish trails you can do quite a bit. It's fun to try to jump a small ramp or do a 180 or 360, even though I frequently crash. Coming down a massive hill, or taking a turn on the thing going down a trail can be an awesome way to enjoy the outdoors. Just make sure you don't live in a pavement-infested flat city, or you won't be up to much with it! (I do, and I have to drive to different parks to use it, but it's worth taking along) If you enjoy snowboarding, or longboarding you will probably come to enjoy this thing. P.S. I have heard of the tires showing up punctured or deflated, this was not the case with me. A bike pump is useful to have though, if you want to pump up the PSI and actually have some speed. ... show more
