These things are monsters. Very long, very high leverage. These seem to be very close to my previous ez-reds which held up pretty well for years. The ratcheting is pretty smooth and the reversing lever hasn't given me any issues yet. For the money u really cant beat them, expesially being reversible at this price. The non-reversible style have larger heads and dont have the protruding collar on one side that helps even more on bolt heads that are close to something else and u cant get the full head down on it. I recommend these over any brand I've seen or used at any price range. These are very long, I have posted pics of them next to a same metric sized snap-on XL wrench so u can see some idea of how long they really are. Yet you can see they are about the same size and handle profile as the snap-on. Couldn't be happier with them, will the ratcheting mechanism last me 20 years? I don't know but I plan to find out. ... show more

So I bought this as a gift for one of my mechanic friends. Me and him both work at the same shop. He abuses the snot out of his tools, he’s used these for almost 2 years now! They look identical to the harbor freight icon wrenches. Definitely worth the money Update: he’s used them daily for 3 years! They are stupid solid!! Love these. Use them more than any other tool where impact drivers or something else can’t be used. The smaller sizes could be longer and based on reviews of these and others that are likely the exact same thing just rebranded I’m worried about the gears. So far haven’t found too high of torque for them. The reason you want these over other long double box ratcheting sets is heads that protrude from the flex head. These are still shallow enough to work in the tightest places but the two benefits are you don’t have to flex the head as much as a gear that sits flush with the head AND the head or handle can pass right over bolt heads that are close to the one you’re turning. Believe me, the ratcheting styles that sit flush with the wrench head are wildly inconvenient. The drive on these ATD’s clearly stick out much much less than a ratchet and socket piece and only sticks out enough to pass over other bolt heads. The length is the best thing. So convenient. My favorite thing about these is the double ends with multiple sizes. I can get under my car carrying just 2 wrenches but have 4 sizes and I’m never forced to switch out pieces like a ratchet and socket would. There’s still plenty of times I use a ratchet and socket but most have been replaced. For work on my cars thes size combos per wrench are perfect. These are pretty much identical to the matco version. Main difference is matco has 90 teeth on theirs and this has 72. I actually prefer this as 72 teeth means more torque the gear can handle. More teeth means better arc swing. Either way, all in all, these things rock. One thing I should mention, when I opened them from the box there was some weird grease all over them and not the kind you want in a gear mechanism. They're tough as hell and are very versatile. I use them more than my ratchets. You can't beat the price either. Definitely worth 5 stars.

    • Very good wrenches but.....
I bought these wrenches in July of 2022 and thus far I've been happy with them. These wrenches are very good and very helpful for all situations BUT for as much money as I spent on these wrenches I do not expect them to skip while I'm using them and that is the only downside to these wrenches. Some WD-40 does solve the issue but they should never do that to begin with for what I paid. ... show more
