Hi I recieved this in mint condition and it even came with an extra sata cable and a free 32 gb usb flash drive, it works perfectly with my i5-9400kf and everything else I have. The only thing I would hope for is that it come with a manuel or something to indicate where to plug in everything, I was able to figure it out but after a while and looking it up online didnt help much~. Beautiful board, works great, good for overclocking, I have a 1080ti 8gb OC gpu, an i5 9600f and 32 gb of Corsair vengeance ram, seamless performance and my liquid cooling loop keeps everything nice and cool, the aura led on the board makes everything look so much better

Nice looking and good performing board. Appears nicely made, though some flex to board near ATX power connection. Updated bios to latest version and had no issues installing windows 10 pro on a 256gb SSD with a I3 9100F. Used a Gtx 760 for my video card and have no issues thus far. (internet search shows some people have trouble with that card and windows 10). Knocking 1 star for flaky Asus armour software and an annoying Asus updater that comes on at each reboot that needs to be disabled through bios. Other than that a very nice value board. ... show more

    • Replace my old board.
I had to replace the board that I damaged on my gaming pc, with the same board, as I wanted to keep the compatibility with the ram speeds, so far it has been great, enough ports. The only issue I had, was with the HD audio port, but I was able to get it fixed.

I accidently destroyed my 5 year old MoBo playing with the CPU. Needed a new one. This one was cheap and in stock. I am using that repaired computer right now so obviously it works. No issues at all with installation or set up. No issues with my old ass components.

    • awful customer service and faulty part
rebuilt the computer twice. keyboard, mouse, and all cords work on my other setup. spent 2 and 1/2 hours with asus and 30 minutes with amazon customer service. asus concluded it was faulty motherboard. i called amazon saying i don’t know when i’ll have the time to rip apart the computer and return the part i said i just want a new one because it doesn’t work i was repeatedly told they can’t do that by randolf and i’ve spent so much money through them then was asked to be transferred to his boss multiple times while he was repeating to me the same information and it got to the point i said this is no help i don’t care transfer me to a supervisor and then he finally did. then i talked to Ann L. who said all she can do is extend the time and if it’s not in then i’ll have to pay for both. she wasn’t listening to my question saying i just want a replacement and kept repeating herself then said i wasn’t letting her speak and i said no i just don’t want to hear the same thing and then demanded i let her speak and she just repeated what she said so i said whatever just set it up and hung up. i’m so fed up with amazon sending me the wrong thing or broken part and then saying if you can’t have it picked up tomorrow then we will leave a return slip and you can take in your broken or wrong part to the ups facility. just wasting more of my time. i’ve never left a bad review and have always tried to figure out the problem but i’m just so fed up with them wasting my time because they messed up. in summary this part may not work for other people too i’ve heard problems with them after buying and now looking it up but hopefully the 2nd one will and i’ll update which is now gonna take a week to come in when 5 days ago it took 2days. very disappointed in the service and the way the talk to customers like there dumb ... show more
