Make no mistake, this is not the same rtx 3080 for desktops. With that said, so far it is able to play any game with max settings. Noise is as expected, loud under heavy loads, but temps are good. Not over 75C after a long gaming sessions (on manual settings).

I got this laptop to replace my other laptop, hoping to really spoil myself with a really great computer. When it works, it's absolutely amazing... but that's just it. It blue screen crashes every other day, the armory crate caused it to crash everyday 2x a day, so I had to replace it with a light version because asus has no built in way to regulate it's own stuff??? Half the time when it starts up, it's slow and acting like I just overclocked it for 4 days, even as I write this review I had to restart my computer just to get it to load a webpage. It's annoying and bad quality for that. OH and I just got it in October and it's acted like this everyday since I've had it :/ But it's too expensive to replace a brand new computer. The hardest thing I play on it is palworld :/ so why is it crashing, even when I boot up stardew valley? I cannot recommend. Or perhaps I just got a lemon :/ either way, never going back to ASUS after I financially recover from this nightmare. ... show more

The key board is trash , it is a refurbished laptop sold as "new" I'm almost certain since day 1 the caps lock light did not work I didn't want to make a big deal about such a small thing ....now thr keyboard and mouse pad are both broken I tried cleaning it physically and I tried troubleshooting but to no avail a 2500$ lap top that is broken and totally useless not even a year after purchasing it. Supposedly "top of the line" how brutal this is. Do not buy electronics from Amazon it's all refurbished sold as new . ... show more

Beast of a machine and has played everything I’ve thrown at it. Beautiful screen and love how the front logo and bottom lights up different colors which sticks out from the rest of the pack. The reason I gave it three stars is due to the cheap Wi-Fi. It constantly losing connectivity especially if it goes to idle/asleep and am forced to restart the laptop. I understand that being a gaming laptop it should mainly be hardwired but there are times I’m on the road and depend on the Wi-Fi. Plus for what these costs they shouldn’t be skimping out on such an important (and inexpensive) component. ... show more
