This is the best massager I have found by far, not too gentle and not one of those things that pounds you to a quivering pulp. The only thing I would change is making it a bit longer to reach a little lower on the shoulders. I work around that by scooting the unit down a bit once my neck is loosened up. UPDATE: The seller has reached out and offered to replace the damaged unit! Super excited to get it because as I previously mentioned I was very excited and it does massage very well. This neck massager is just okay. It tends to be on the small side when trying to fit around your neck (just presuming this). I'm an average weight and it still hovered over the back of my neck. It fit my child's neck perfectly to give an idea how small it is, and you can't adjust the width at all. Pretty much one size. But once you switch it on, you can still feel it working fine. You just won't get the full effect. The cloth belt straps do help to keep it on secure and snug, and at least you can adjust the fit on those. Controls are pretty straight-forward and are pretty sensitive to touch. The rotation adjuster and finger tip massage option work great, but the heat option didn't work for me as expected. Its quite weak, and tended to only feel it on the left side. I was looking for a good neck massager to replace my older one, but I have to keep looking. ... show more
