We really like this plant. We ordered them for our pool deck and when I put the first one together I thought wow this is going to look amazing out there. Then I started on the second one which has some defects some of the branches have broken wires or whatever is in the branches and they hang down and I can’t get them to look right. So I thought I could just replace that one and get a replacement but I would have to send both back. I didn’t want to do that. So I just put that one in an area were guest don’t go. When the tree arrived, all branches were tightly bunched together as shown in my photo. I accept this because of course it's necessary for shipping. The problem is that the leaves don't bend. The card says "Flare out leaves for a more natural look". When you bend the leaves, they always return to exactly the same compacted position. The only solution I've found is to hold a high-powered hair dryer on full heat against every single leaf until it melts sufficiently to bend, which takes about 5 minutes for every single leaf. For two trees with 18 leaves each, that's about 2 hours of melting their plastic. Be warned. This company knowingly lies. ... show more

I bought 2 of those trees . I was very carefully choosing which one to buy because I want something to be used outdoor. However this product is fragile and doesn’t last outside.Most of branches and leaves have broken . Very disappointing!
