Depending on where you read or if it's been updated: this is not an essential oil pressed from natural sources. This doesn't bother me too much but it is something to keep in mind that it can be made synthetically. I think it is a pleasing smell without being overpowering in any specific element. Of course make sure to dilute it to your preference in water because I'm sure no one could enjoy it straight. I am the not-so-proud owner of these hotel/aroma 360 studio pro machines. Every scent that supposedly is amazing and used in these hotels worldwide has proven disappointing every time. This is one super powerful essential oil. The odor smells like a combination of sandalwood, bergamot, rose and a medieval scent I can't pinpoint. The majority of the price tag is no doubt the brand name. There's really no safe way to pour this one out since it comes with no dropper. Also, if you happen to spill even the tiniest bit on your finger or clothes, expect to smell like the essential oil all day. This fragrance oil seems like it would be amazing for someone who enjoys the scent, but it just isn't for me. It doesn't smell "cheap", per se, it definitely seems high quality! It just isn't my personal favorite. In my opinion, I don't think the oil smells like its description, but smell is kind of different for everyone, so that may not be the case for others. This fragrance oil is also pretty pricey, but it is a Disney product, so I think that can have an effect on things. Overall this is a nice product, albeit high-priced.
