The box was packaged well and arrived without damage. It was made from thinner material but appears to be adequate for my use, thicker boxes are available but would cost up to twice as much. I followed the advice of other reviewers and lined the bottom with cut plywood, this should help avoid damage from heavy items. It did not have a weatherproof gasket on the lid, I thought this should have been included. I had some adhesive material on hand and added a seal to the lid. I was on the fence about this one since it was far cheaper than the known brand alternative(s). After printing templates of various other boxes, I decided to take a chance since this one appeared to fit lines the best and wow am I glad I did. The box arrived packaged nicely. I opened it to find zero damage anywhere. It is a lighter gauge diamond plate but certainly not the thinnest available. The lock is a little cheaper but works perfectly fine. It does not have a weather seal but anyone can add 1/4” rubberized weatherstrip to it for less than buying the next box up from this. If it’s too flimsy, anyone can add 3/8 plywood or even 1/4”-1/2” sheet vinyl cut to fit to stiffen it up. IT fit absolutely perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second next time and I do recommend a little homework by drawing or printing an actual template to place on your frame to be sure it fits the way you want. ... show more

Overall the box was well built however the latching system needs to be redesigned. The part mounted to the lid hits the top edge of the box. I tried adjusting it so it wouldn't hit the top edge but then it won't lock.
