    • Initial experience is good.
Initial setup was stupid easy. It fires right up, it runs really damn fast, the controls are super sensitive, it cuts great, but the tires are garbage. All tires factory on these things suck. If you plan to use this on anything outside of flat, change the tires. First cut of the year, lots of hills, and moisture. I was able to do a lot but still have the push mower lined up as a result. 2 hours on the engine so far and I'm happy. I will get more out of this machine with some basic modifications. As is, it did what you could reasonably expect it to do. It did those things well, and is built very well. At the worst, no mods, it knocked off 10 hours of mow time and expanded the overall area I will cut. A few hours with the push mower is welcome at that point. And remember to thank your seller personally if they bother to include an ignition key. Mine did not, this review comes after a whole host of ass pains and I am still fond of the machine. Maybe buy an additional key, they run $9 and having one sent separately may save you lots of misery when you wont have to deal with a replacement being sent, not delivered "some time in the next 2 days" via....? USPS. Its heavy, it rolls well on the right surface, but if you can't start it you may find things become ugly quick. Not a manufacturer issue, but worth the $9 to avoid having to cause damage or manufacture a key like object yourself. I will update if need be after some more work is put on it. ... show more

Hi everyone, I did a lot of research before buying this mower. Let me say the reviews are spot on calling this mower the Best under this price point. The seat is very comfortable and the controls are right where they should be, within arms reach. It is easy to operate even for someone with Bad Knees. It does a nice job on my 3+ acres. This is my first Zero Turn and I said what have I been waiting for? Buy this mower with confidence. I have an Ariens rider but being 10 years old it was time with this new huge yard.     • Belt broke after a little over 2 hrs of use.
I love the mower except the belt broke after a little over 2 hrs of use. I am a 71 yr old woman with a handicapped husband. We live in rural Oregon and finding some one to help me fix this is going to be a real pain in my pocket. I wish the manual had more information on how to replace a belt. Also I can't figure out how to move the seat forward. The instructions came with pictures and NO WORDS. I don't like that at all. I'm not a machanic and had no idea what I was looking at. Finally figured most of it out. The mower is easy to use and very comforta??ble. Any way you can help me replace the belt? ... show more

This mower has 5.25 hours on it. The drive belt idler pulley disintegrated and shredded the drive belt. A few bolts missing here and there. Think quality control was on vacation before this was sent out for shipment.

I purchased this mower to replace my old mower. The build quality is good and it performs very well. The control arms require some adjustment to align the application of power, but assembly was relatively easy. Turns are accurate, the seat is very comfortable (I’m 180 lbs.), and it operates so much smoother than my old mower. I mow just over 1 acre of flat grass in about 45 minutes. ... show more

This mower came in a giant crate. Just make sure you got somebody to help The driver take it off .and then liftgate was plenty big enough to drop it down to the ground. I just cut it up with my saw Anyway, this machine is made better than anything I've ever seen. It's American made and it is steel. I love it! Everything about it is heavy duty and it mows the lawn beautifully. It did come with the seat with the armrest. And fancy grips on the handlebars.
