The golden tee game is pretty cool. It’s fun and easy to play. You have to put it together, which is fine. It takes a little time but ours was missing a small bag of screws. Very well made. Just like the original but maybe better. Took me 3 hours to assemble. Probably could have gone faster but I wanted to be sure I didn’t need to unassemble due to mistakes.     • No support phone number or real help for un functioning game
We carefully assembled the unit which took me and my husband about 2 hours, the game will not turn on. I have been emailing with the help desk for the last 10 days with no results. They do not have any support phone numbers to speak directly with a person. They also require you to send photos and videos that are under 15mb as proof of it not working which is frustrating because the videos need to be super short in order to comply with requirements. OK, This came in a box and weighed like 75 pounds. I lugged it up to my place by myself and if was brutal. The assembly process was like an Ikea horror movie. While the assembly went smooth, it took pretty much al afternoon. Well, I gotta say that it was al worth it as I now have this beautiful machine in my pad. Game play is very, very good and it's just like being at the arcade. My only gripe is no backspin/roll button. You can create backspin and roll, (Just read the owners manual) but there is no stand alone button. Once you get past the delivery process and assembly, you will fall in love with this thing. We used a golf arcade game at an AIRBNB we stayed at last spring and so I bought this for my family thinking they would equally enjoy it. Unfortunately this is apparently the knock off version The product is small, made for children. I'm 5'4 and it feels small to me.
