This is definitely worth the money. It is well packaged, well priced, at times a little hard to put together, but so worth the time it takes to assemble. These games in the class of 81, are so much fun to play.

The instructions were very explicit and all of the pieces were labeled accordingly. Even though there are ~24 pages to go through, the instructions were easy to follow and everything is engineered to fit together nicely. There was even a spare parts bag included as well, but wasn't needed. Very satisfied with this product as it works perfectly and the games are the real thing. ... show more

    • Great games and solid construction
I am 71 years old, and I was able to put this together though it took me about 3-4 hours. I am slow and methodical. Like many reviews the instructions are pictures, and you must look carefully to not mess up. This item comes in one heavy box. The exterior box was beat up but the insides were well packed so there was no damaged. All parts were there plus a spare part bag. The instructions are straight forward as well as pictures can be. Turning back the clock to my childhood memories and all the nostalgia included! Overall, a solid 4.8/5 ⭐️s! A quick little pro/con summary below… Pros: Exact game design and quality graphics. Multiple games in each gaming cabinet. Great sound and lighting quality. Easy to build and light enough to maneuver around. Probably took a good hour to put each one together. Nothing complicated and straightforward. Cons (Nothing I didn’t know, but so you’re aware): Gaming cabinets are approximately 80% of the original cabinet sizes. Gaming cabinets if on a hard surface, use a nonslip material to prevent sliding around and they definitely do slide around a lot. Gaming cabinets are relatively lightweight and can rock or tip over if you’re aggressive with your play (IE Golden Tee you can certainly wind up and crank it lol). Joystick ball(s) are screwed onto a bolt, but they can become loosen, especially while playing Ms. Pac-Man etc, with the torquing up and down and all around. Overall these are price effective and worth it, for what you get! ... show more

Arcade game fairly easy to put together. Directions were easy to follow. Items labeled which sure make it easier.

    • Missing pieces
We were so excited to receive our very first arcade machine. I had heard so much about it and living in Malaysia, this was going to be something really special. The 1.5 week wait made the expectation grow even more. What was supposed to be a joy turned out the exact opposite. We quickly discovered there were missing parts in our shipment. UPS didnt help either as it appeared that they didnt do much to handle the machine with care during transport. When it arrived the box looked like it went through the title match with Mike Tyson. ARCADE1UP was also completely unhelpful when contacted to help send us the missing parts. It was just the screw set and 2 small wood panels so it would have been so easy for them to do so. Apparently they wont help if machine is delivered outside the USA. What a silly policy to have if they want to sell more machines. Returning the item from Malaysia was another nightmare. Amazon was the hero here and had been very helpful throughout the return process. The problem was the waiting.... waiting for pickup .... waiting for refund..... waiting to be reimbursed for return shipping. Waiting nightmare galore. Till today (1 month later), I am still waiting for my refund to be processed by my credit card company (because its not in the USA) although Amazon had already approved it a few days ago. I do still want an arcade machine but am thinking hard if its going to be from ARCADE1UP. ... show more

Quality is good. Graphics and game play are awesome. Really takes you back to the good ole days. A most have for your man cave or she shed. Really adds to your parties and get togethers or just something other than your phone to look at.
