bought for my 7 year old for Christmas. it's a hit with kids of all ages but do not leave unsupervised as the balls the toys go in/the toys are not safe for small children. it's still working and have never had problems with it. would highly recommend.

They leave a card in the package to email them if there are issues with the product. Ours didn't work when we opened the box. I emailed and haven't received reply almost 2 weeks later. I'm leaving 2 stars though, because we loved the toys included, but we were bummed we couldn't use the machine.
