    • 72" Fits Shorter Window on Front Door; Too Short for Full Length Window on Back

I purchased 2 of these in 72" along with some adhesive curtain rods to: 1. Keep our German Shredder (GSD) from barking at the neighbor's flag across the street (THERE'S NOT EVEN A PERSON THERE!) 2. Block sunlight from blinding family / guests sitting at our breakfast table near the back yard I wanted to have them gathered in the middle and it looks nice but the sash is holding on for dear life at the edge of it's velcro strip. The intended purpose for the back window is working -- it does not go to the bottom of the window but we still get some natural light and people can sit on that side of the table between 4-7PM without complaining / going blind. I've given up on sashing the front since the dog could still see out. People also can't see in. Really adults are gracious but kids will press their noses against the glass --which also irritates the dog. (We love her, we do). I will say these have helped reduce the temp in our home also (Houston, TX) and I plan to get one more for our French Door to keep the upstairs area cooler / darker. Recommend. ... show more

This curtain is of great quality! The fabric does a great job of blocking out the light! I will say that I made an error in choosing the curtain size that was just about an inch larger than my window and so it can not bunch in the middle. Definitely order wider if you plan to gather it in the middle. ... show more
