Meets all my needs and the uv light cleaner is a nice addition. Bought this because i was going on vacation and have been wanting an electric toothbrush. The travel case is nice, holding two brush heads and easily plugs in using included usb cable. Travel case also has uv light cleaner for brush heads. Toothbrush does not need to be charged that often but I still charge mine about every other week. Also I tend to have sensitive gums and they bleed easily; however, with the differnt settings and softness of the bristles on the included brush heads, this has not been a problem for me. For the price point to feature and performance ratio, I would highly recommend this electric toothbrush to others that are looking for a cheaper alternative to the more expensive models currently offered on the market. ... show more

I have never had any kind of toothbrush that massage my gums. It has a regular clean mode, soft mode, whiten mode, massage mode and deep clean mode. It has timed cleaning. I have owned the Aquasonic Black Series PRO since February 2022. It is a very effective and easy-to-use electronic toothbrush and does its job as advertised. I like the ultraviolet cleaning and the neat and efficient charging station. My complaint, which keeps me from giving it a five-star score is, it is very difficult to change the modes or speeds. This started about two months ago and it is getting worse. It requires a great deal of force to make the changes. Sort of takes away from the ease of use I am used to. I don’t know where to begin I just love everything about this. The box that it came in is really nice and has everything neatly organized in boxes as well as let you know what each box contains. I love the base bcuz of the easy access to my brushes and battery not to mention the UV light! The battery is strong, comfortable, cool looking, water resistant, easy to keep clean, hold on to and operate. The brushes are good quality and I love how it comes with replacements. With the base I never hafta worry about it running low on battery since it charges itself and stops once fully charged giving me always maximum power. The travel case is super cool too! It Carrie’s two brushes and the battery and has a built in UV light. I’m super happy with my purchase, highly recommend and definitely would buy again! ... show more

It's taken me a while to get around to reviewing this product - mainly because I've had major dental issues this year! That being said, I love this toothbrush. Previously, I was using a Quip, which I thought I liked until I used the Aquasonic. And let me just be clear: if you don't have a plethora of dental issues, the Quip is probably fine for you (just don't order their toothpaste, please), but when you have to consider a full regiment of flossing, irrigating, brushing and rinsing on the reg, that option really doesn't work. I bought this model after researching "ultrasonic" models - which my dentist recommended, but I didn't want to spend a ton of money. I was willing to go mid-way, and this model fit the bill. I wanted a cord-powered rechargeable station with a cordless unit (it also comes with a USB travel charging case), I liked the sleekness of it, and I liked the UV sterilization feature. The only thing I worry about is that they'll discontinue this model and it will be hard to find replacement brush heads, so I'm front-loading brush head purchases whenever I buy something else from Amazon, so I have a stash. It has four modes: clean, soft, whiten and massage. I use the clean and massage modes exclusively, because I want my teeth to be clean and my gums need extra help - the massage mode pulsates/vibes to stimulate the gums. The motor will surprise you, because it packs a punch. Pro-tip: don't turn it on until it and the toothpaste are in your mouth - you'll waste a bunch of toothpaste that way. It really does clean your teeth. I have problems with crowding in my lower teeth, and this brush kind of gets into all the nooks and crannies, and my teeth feel so clean after I'm done brushing. I also have "access" issues with my top back molars, but the slim design of the brush head and neck, really allows me to get back there to clean thoroughly. The timer is also helpful and it helps you create a healthy brushing habit that covers all quadrants of your mouth/teeth. Overall, this was a great value to me, especially since I have dental issues. It's so strong. You can get a hygienist level clean with this toothbrush. I really like the travel case. Charge lasted when I was traveling.
