I love the intensity of this brush. I love the charging base that tells you everything about your brushing such where you have brushed, the elapsed time and the pressure sensor. It does a tremendous job at cleaning and I'll have to admit I never liked brushing my teeth but I do now. This is very expensive but it is worth it. The app on the phone for the brush is handy for giving additional information about brushing. I always forget about it though. I like that it keeps track of when to change heads. Battery life is good. I haven't tested the charging case but I would imagine that it would last a couple of days. The appearance is nice and it looks very modern. Thus toothbrush is great, it is pricy but worth it in my opinion! On daily clean mode it is very effective while still being gentle. I use the Ultimate clean head on Daily Clean Mode for about 3 minutes. The app will guide you through brushing, the sensors & AI in the brush tell the app when you are done brushing. The iO Sense charger is useful for live coaching if you don't want to use the app. The app scores you based on coverage, time, and pressure. *Great for people with braces or other orthodontic appliances. The Oral B iO-10 is the best Oral B electric toothbrush I have used, and I have been using their products for years. I have a few sensitive teeth & areas of gum recession. Oral B has designed a sensitive toothbrush head and this handle has a sensitive setting. For the first time, I am consistently doing a better job using less pressure while brushing. I like the feedback from the Oral B app on my iPhone. I use the app every time I brush. Over several weeks, my technique has become consistently using less pressure and I get great feedback from the app. My teeth feel like I have just had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist and over the weeks of using this product I am not showing any build up of plaque, which an improvement. My daughter needed a new electric toothbrush, so I gifted her an Oral B iO 7. She let us know she loved it, it was such an improvement over her previous Oral B handle, which was pre the iO version. When I decided to purchase a new handle for me, I did more research and discovered the iO 10. It was expensive compared to the iO 7, but I have been very happy with this product. I purchased the iO 9 for my husband. I consider the handle a personal care product, so i purchase a handle for each of us. The iO 9 seems to have the same features as the iO 10, and does cost significantly less. We are each happy with these 3 different models of the iO handles. The iO tooth brush heads are expensive, but I like them. The battery life goes down quickly, so I keep it charging. It has a tongue brushing mode, and several other settings to individualize the handle to your preferences. It is important to read the instructions and rinse the handle & tooth brush head as directed. I always rinse them, as directed by the Oral B directions, and have not had any build up dried toothpaste that a YouTube reviewer had a problem with. This tooth brush works great, but it’s too expensive. It’s worth it if you can get it on sale. I tried the comfort brush head and the ultimate brush head. I prefer the ultimate. It definitely helps whiten your teeth too.

I used to be a Philips customer. My last Sonicare lasted 8 years and I thought it was time to switch. After careful research, I chose iO 10 and I have to say that it's worth it. The brushing head is round so it could easily get to places. I like to brush with the app, which has a great interaction with the toothbrush and me. It gives clear instructions on locations already brushed clean and places that still need work. I was constantly reminded of putting too much pressure, resulting in gum bleeding. After using it for a while (with its reminders of course), I got used to the pressure and feel that my teeth are getting consistently whiter and more healthy (I mostly use daily cleaning and whitening features). iO 10 has a lot of fancy features, including a colored ring and a base that displays time and uses magnetism to place the toothbrush upright, which honestly makes brushing teeth a fun thing.
