This is my very first Water Flosser, but I am very impressed with the Quality of this unit! The description by the seller is very accurate. The unit has a good grip and is easy to maneuver, although you need to keep if mostly upright for use, especially when the tank is near empty. It comes with everything you could need and then some! As you can see in the pictures I included, you get 5 different tips and a 4 foot cord, WITH the wall adaptor. (So many items do not include this anymore) It was easy to charge and holds a charge a long time. The light displays on the front show you all you need to know for operation and selection of different modes. The reservoir can be filled by unsnapping it or just using the fill cap near the bottom. The fill cap is the easiest. This is a powerful flosser, but it felt good in my mouth on any of the 3 different modes. Normal, Soft or Pulse. When I set it on my shower seat and turned it on, just to see, it shot all the way to the ceiling! For me, stepping into the shower to use it is a lot easier and I don't make a mess that I have to clean up. I found that as a beginner, I cannot get both inside and out of all my teeth on one fill up, IF I use the Normal mode. I like the Soft mode as will, but I like the Pulse mode the best. It gives me a good cleaning and lasts long enough for me to do all my teeth, in and out, on just one fill up. I actually timed the unit on Normal mode from full to empty and it shot it all out in 35 seconds. I don't know if that is the same from unit to unit, but that is what mine did. The other two modes have plenty of time for me to finish. This flosser looks good, takes up little space, and does EVERYTHING it says it will do! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try water flossing who also wants the convenience of a space saving, quality, portable unit! ... show more

This is the first time I have ever used a water flosser and I am quite impressed with the efficiency and ease of use of this Aquasonic. The tank is plenty enough for one use and indeed I don't always fill it all the way up (I don't understand the other reviewers that say it is too small). One charge is good for at least two weeks of use and the battery charges quite rapidly. Also I always use it on the default (normal) setting. Again as opposed to some other reviewers I have liked the amount of water pressure and not found too strong. I am amazing how well it cleans my teeth and gums even after using dental floss (tape). My dentist actually recommended a plug in countertop flosser but I am glad I went with the portable. It is easy to handle and store. I often use popcorn for a snack and I was constantly getting little pieces stuck in between teeth and gums creating some discomfort. Now I use the Aquasonic after eating the popcorn and it gets all the little pieces out. Had to get used to making sure I close my mouth and turn it off before opening my mouth. Highly recommend. Update 2024: I actually purchased a second one of these for a second home that we have and I continue to love it and appreciate how it cleans my teeth and gums. I had a couple of sore spots in my gums and I believe it was due to a piece of food caught between tooth and gum. This is a simple water flosser that works very well. Small enough to carry on trips. I was away from home for 10 days and the battery was still strong upon my return. As other reviews have noted, the only down-side for me is the water tank. It is small; however, since I use it over the sink, it is not difficult to refill the reservoir. My son recently got braces. He is not the best at keeping them clean. My dental hygienist recommended getting him this. So far he’s very happy with it. There’s a special attachment for braces that works well. It’s a little loud, but not crazy. It has enough power to clean all the things he eats that is forbidden from his metal mouth. First time I’ve used a water flosser. Nicely packaged and travel case is a bonus. Quick to charge. Came with a couple attachments I will never use. Seems to have plenty of power. The on off button and the selector buttons are close together. It seems to use this you have to switch it off and on often and it easy to confuse the buttons. I the unit also uses up the water in the reservoir quickly and fills my mouth quickly. The combination of needing to shut the unit off to spit and not hitting the correct button has me spraying water around the bathroom. And if the water tank needs refilled before finishing. It may be best to use it in the shower and refill with a water bottle. Good price, some learning curve to use effectively. ... show more

I really hate to floss, but it’s been a necessary evil that always gets stuck between my teeth, and just a flat out pain, until I got this water flosser! I feel like it’s really getting in between my teeth it’s not painful actually pleasant feeling and leaves my teeth feeling super clean! I have been using it in the shower because it does tend to splash water a bit. Using it in the shower each morning solves the splashes and I’m getting my teeth cleaned. Great product and reasonably priced. One last comment for those who have sensitive teeth, I fill the water dispenser with warm water and no issues whatsoever with sensitivity while using this flosser. ... show more

Very easy to use. Performs as expected. Use daily, charge lasted 3 days. Fill chamber easy to fill. Filled two times for each use. Much more convenient than my previous table top model.
