Going from a manual toothbrush and no water flosser to an electric brush and water flosser; my mouth has never felt so refreshed! Seems well made and is a far better value than many of the others. Don't make the same mistake I did. Please start from pressure 1. This thing packs a punch that I was not ready for on the higher settings. The toothbrush part works as advertised. The flossing part on the other hand stopped working properly after 3 or 4 months. You have to push a button on the side in order to get the flossing pump to start. It is the same button that changes the frequency/pattern it flosses. A month or so ago it didn't turn on when I pushed the button. I pushed it a few more times and it finally turned on. Today I had to push the button 10-15 times before it turned on. I sent a note to the vender, and we will see how they deal with the situation. The seller replaced it at no charge. ... show more

I adore this thing. I used to have a separate toothbrush/WaterPik that took up about half my bathroom counter space. This thing has helped eliminate that clutter! My biggest "like" about this is that it only takes up one bathroom plug, too. The water flosser and toothbrush charger both operate through the same plug. The tank holds enough water to last me 3-4 flosses, and the pressure it can build up is rather substantial. It's not quite as strong as some other units I have used, but still has more than enough to get the job done. I gave this 5 starts at this price point. I would call this a Waterpik Lite. I purchased this to replace a year old Waterpik that still performed well but was cruddy looking from our hard water. I didn't want to pay $200 for something I was going to replace in a year. This combination flosser toothbrush performs as well as the Waterpik did at less than half the price. But everything is light weight, it's not as sturdy as the Waterpik. The entire unit is fabricated of thinner material, the toothbrush feels half as heavy, the water container is almost fragile, and the adjustment knob doesn't have the nice solid feel of the Waterpik. I am the only one using this product twice a day. I enjoy it and feel it will last at least a year when I will most likely replace it with another similar unit. ... show more

This is a great electric toothbrush and flosser. The reason I did not give it five stars is because the flosser is a bit whimpy compared to my Oral B. I wish it had a bit more spraying power. Otherwise, it is just fine.
