    • Stopped Working Properly

The toothbrush part works as advertised. The flossing part on the other hand stopped working properly after 3 or 4 months. You have to push a button on the side in order to get the flossing pump to start. It is the same button that changes the frequency/pattern it flosses. A month or so ago it didn't turn on when I pushed the button. I pushed it a few more times and it finally turned on. Today I had to push the button 10-15 times before it turned on. I sent a note to the vender, and we will see how they deal with the situation. The seller replaced it at no charge. ... show more

I gave this 5 starts at this price point. I would call this a Waterpik Lite. I purchased this to replace a year old Waterpik that still performed well but was cruddy looking from our hard water. I didn't want to pay $200 for something I was going to replace in a year. This combination flosser toothbrush performs as well as the Waterpik did at less than half the price. But everything is light weight, it's not as sturdy as the Waterpik. The entire unit is fabricated of thinner material, the toothbrush feels half as heavy, the water container is almost fragile, and the adjustment knob doesn't have the nice solid feel of the Waterpik. I am the only one using this product twice a day. I enjoy it and feel it will last at least a year when I will most likely replace it with another similar unit. ... show more

My $30 water flosser was on its last leg, so I got this to replace it & a $60 toothbrush. While my old ones were around 5 & 10 years old, this one is lacking in performance by comparison. The water pic button is a little clunky, when pushing it to start, it often rotates as well causing it to jump up in power. Sometimes it stops spraying any water out, although the motor is still chugging away. Same issues with the toothbrush, it ofter just stops mid-brush & needs to be restarted. It's also very loud, just a heads up, if that bugs you. It does the job though. So, if your just getting into e-brushing & flossing, this is a decent entry model. Just know it may stop randomly & finding the sweet spot flossing may be a challenge. It comes with 6 brush heads though and it looks nice while taking up very little space. UPDATE: I got about 6 months of daily use, then it died. The motor still runs, but no water comes out of the flosser. ... show more

I have been using this for a couple of months now and I have to say I really like the toothbrush. The water irrigation pick is good but the water stream comes out in a very fine line and it requires me to turn the water pressure down to almost the lowest setting or it “pinches” my gums. I am used to a different type of water pick, I guess, where the stream is a little fatter and doesn’t pinch my gums. Other than that, all parts are great quality and even the water pressure selector knob feels like aluminum. The toothbrush has plenty of battery life and is very powerful as far as sonic vibrations go. I also like that the water pick and the tooth brush changer are all in one piece to save countertop space. ... show more
