I’ve been using this product for the last couple of days and love it! I had another one but it was older and it was just time for an upgrade. The water pressure is great! I didn’t think it was too light or too heavy. The nozzles are easy to remove and put back on. Extra kudos that they give you two of the general cleaning nozzle, as I’m sure this is the one you’ll get the most wear out of. To my surprise the battery life is actually great too! So far I really have no complaints as it’s been easy to use and the product has been performing. Also, can we just appreciate the color selections! I ended up going with the mint color because I had a black one before and wanted to spice it up and it’s actually pretty cute. I really like this product as I feel that it works much better than my older one and it works better than the old school floss way - I also just hate it and this is much easier 😉 ... show more

Ordered this one after reading a lot of reviews on the Waterpik brand cordless one and decided this one seemed better. It is indeed quite easy to use. It was already almost fully charged when it arrived. It was easy to find an adapter to charge it. I just used one of my many extra apple product adapters. There are many affordable outlet adapters out there and I am sure most people have a few extra at home from previous electronics. The actual charging port was unique, so best not to ever lose that charging cable, but I am sure the company would replace it if it is lost. I tried it on the cleaning mode and it was very strong, so I switched to the soft mode, which was just right. I had used waterpiks for many years so it wasn't a difficult transition or adjustment for me. It was actually quite easy to turn it off while using to change mode. It is a one hand/finger operation and easier than the countertop models. I find the reservoir sufficient for my use and had some water left when i was done and I cleaned all 4 quadrants of my mouth. I look forward to trying this out on my vacation next week to see how long the charge would last for a 2 week vacation. ... show more

It's only been a week, but this water flosser works just as expected. I've used a few, and my big complaint is they always stop working within a year or so, but this one comes with a 2-year guarantee, and that's worth the price of admission! I love how this model comes with multiple attachments, has a water reservoir that holds enough for one use, and the fact that it's gentle vs. actual flossing. Unfortunately, my teeth need flossing every day, sometimes multiple times, now that I'm older and my teeth have more spaces where food can get stuck. So far, so good!
