I like these floss picks because the floss does not break or shred (so far). I'd prefer wider floss instead of the very narrow, but it works well as does the fold-out pick. This pack of 300 is an economical way to buy these, but it's a large package of them if you have a bathroom with tiny storage space as I do. I'm not sure how to rate floss in general. I ran out and needed some, and after a dentist visit a couple of months ago, I was told my teeth are in good shape, but I need to start flossing regularly, so I've been doing that. I would say Oral-B Glide floss is definitely gentler on the gums, though it has a harder time getting through the gum line. I really like these since some flossers will get stuck between my teeth to the point that I'm afraid that they will pull out my fillings. These don't do that! It is a big bag that will last me quite a while and a few trips to the store. Highly reccomend.
