  • Great pool!
Size: 15' Style: Phoenix
This pool has been great so far. I didn’t have any help putting it up. Just put it up by myself. It was pretty difficult to do by myself, but if I can do it alone then if you have some help it should be a breeze.

  • Nice pool
Size: 24' Style: Venetian
Hello, We completed building our pool today, the quality is great, looks good and know we’ll be happy for years. The price is right, everything is included to assemble pool less liner and filter Assy. Thanks, take care.

  • Defective product -awful quality- safety issue
Size: 15' Style: Phoenix
The guarenteed delivery date was not met, and no communication until I seller via amazon.Time taken off of work and money lost before the process even began. Then set up was nightmare. The flimsy walls and cheaper grade metal bottom tracks caused the walls to collapse during set up. I wish more pictures were taken but it was too hectic to snap sny during that time. I also wasn’t anticipating things to bend and shift after water was put in. Ground is perfectly leveled, and no wind. Despite our preparation and people’s experience, the awful quality couldn’t be worked around. Quality and price do not match. Some items defective. Screws barely fit into holes, causing them to almost be stripped. Water in pool is not causing wall track issues. Now seller wants us to disassemble to return by next day, after they said we can discuss options. No discussion given, just the seller ignoring the issues and refusing to handle the situation appropriately. ... show more

  • Nice pool
Size: 21' Style: Phoenix
The pool has been up for about a month now, No issues so far. We already had the ground prepped and level and pump system set up from previous pool. It took 8 of us about 5 hours to set up. I’m happy with the purchase.

  • Careless packing and shipping of the product
Size: 18' Style: Phoenix
The pool is nice. It was the right price for the quality of this pool. I’m not giving it a 5 because we had issues with some missing parts. I called the company first cause we were missing the wall screws. It took them two attempts before they send the right screws. Then we were missing the ledge pieces for the top of the pool. When I contact the seller they couldn’t resolved that issue. By mistake they send ledges for a 15’ pool and mine is an 18’ pool. At the end I contact the manufacture and they were nice enough to send the right size ledges. After a month, finally my pool is done. ... show more

  • Great quality, difficult installation.
Size: 15' Style: Phoenix
The material is built well, sturdy and I'm confident it will last for many years. The installation is extremely tedious. The first try we failed and had to recoil the wall and take it all down. My advice would be to not insert the bottom track rails all the way into the footings and then uncoil the wall and shrink the circumference of the track and footings to make the ends of the wall meet up. It's a two person job, minimum and still took about 8 hours. This is without dirt work. I hired someone to pour a 17' diameter perfectly round and smooth concrete slab for the foundation. If you install on concrete, use 4'x8' insulation board instead of sand, in the bottom. Buy a rhino liner for the top of the insulation board and definitely buy cove. Good luck. ... show more

  • Top rails are very flimsy.
Size: 18' Style: Phoenix
Overall, the pool is a good value. The one big negative the top rails are very flimsy. I had a pool previous, for 14 years and never had an issue with top rails. I already have 3 sections that are bent. Just leaning on the pool edge resting your arms they bend down. Many are also saggy in the middle. They are very thin metal and only having pool up for 4 months now it is very disappointing. I am concern with what they are going to look like in a couple years. ... show more

  • Don’t be a hero, get LOTS of help
Size: 18' Style: Phoenix
It’s a beautiful pool, and it wasn’t too hard to assemble. But you just need to understand that it needs to be, and I mean completely, windless day. Any unexpected breezes can really muff things up. Also, you really need to have like at least four people. Five would be better. Just to hold the walls up wall your unraveling to spool of pool wall around in circles, and holding it in place in the track. Also, and this is important, when spreading out the liner and bringing it up to the pool lip, pay attention that all lines are even, so that it’s not lopsided. Sounds obvious, doesn’t it. Yeah ok, you’ll see, lol. Also, when pulling that liner around, if the sun is out, it is rapidly absorbing heat and will stretch. Be careful. Slow and steady wins the race. You’re going to get impatient and just want to get it done. If you do and you overlook a fold or a crease or misalignment, you’ll just have to do twice the work later to correct your mistake. So slow your roll there speedy and do it right the first time. It’s worth it. ... show more
