    • Update the Software!
The device looked brand new and came in original box. Swapped it out with fried unit and back in business. Several streamers don’t work with Apple TV unless you update the software to the most current. This device needed updating.

Product looked good and worked good. Then just 10days past the return window, it stopped working (blinking led and not turning on) Tried to contact the seller via Amazon. No response after 2 weeks I hope they will contact me soon. Bad experience with the support in this

The Apple TV isn't unique. The Roku box and all the other crap... Same thing. Different channel. But this remote? It is the worst remote ever! It is ergonomically inferior, it's awful, It's unintuitive, and very touchy! It's too small, and the cursor pad is actually in the place where you have to position it low in your hand to kind of actually get accurate with what the touchpad does. And the touchpad is awful!! So now I've got to what, spend another 80 or 90 bucks to buy the upgraded remote? To your homework and don't buy an Apple TV 4K with this remote. You're almost certainly going to upgrade to the more elite remote option. This is just so bad! ... show more
