Battery died after 5 months of sporadic use, seller referred to the 90 day warranty policy and that's that. Stay away and buy properly refurbed from the Apple Store, at least you get original proper parts there and decent support

After a trip to a technician for WiFi cutting off, the MacBook started working. It is a little shaky had an issue with the login password. Buy with caution and keep tabs on the return date

    • Cheap Charger Lets Down the Purchase
This refurbished computer arrived within the promised 2 days, looked unscratched and undented as promised, and functioned well. I partitioned the drive into a dual boot, IOS and Windows---something not possible with the new M1 chip. Two concerns: the light-weight non-OEM charger lasted 8 hours and the fan starts up almost immediately and stays on. Possible over-heating? I have now had the computer for five days and have just upgraded my review from 3 to 5 stars. My reason: the supplier sent a credit covering purchase of a replacement charger and there is no longer a potential overheating problem. Probably caused by migration of Dropbox files and folders, something typical to a new computer. ... show more

Everything seems to work fine. The issue I’m having is the battery doesn’t hold the charge for more than 2 hours. I’ve done all troubleshooting. I don’t think battery was replaced when it was refurbished. Sadly I will have to send back
