phone is good. the battery has obviously not been " refurbished" has to be charged several times daily charges very slow and all around is just bad. figured.

Was very worried because this is the first refurbished phone I ever owned. Overall it is a very good refurbished phone, I would buy another one from this company. look great with very little nicks, unlocked and easy to transfer my stuff over, screen works excellent . I gave it four stars only because every other phone call the speaks sounds busted and the calls are so low I have to always have it on speaker. A great phone for people who are always using earbuds. Would buy again from this seller but do recommend they do a better quality check on the speakers of each phone. Battery max is 87% ... show more

I bought it in Excellent shape after having to return a similar iPHONE 14 plus that came in the box defective with the Screen damaged from a company on EBAY called Supplytronics. When I got this device the representative at T-Mobile thought it was new! I told her I bought it in excellent condition. Screen protector and charger came with my purchase, all around great pain free purchase with 2 day delivery. Thank you for giving me a calm of heart after another company had me a bit frustrated.
