Note: this review is made only after having the iPad for 24 hrs; will give update if issues arise in the upcoming months. I have never bought a refurbished electronic device before and was weary of some potential issues. However, I have experienced none so far. I ordered: iPad Pro 6th gen 12.9” 256GB Model # A2436 Silver wi-fi only - product arrived promptly (in fact, one day early. iPad was delivered via FedEx - expect to sign for delivery) - product matches listing description (correct model, size, color & gen iPad) - product was listed to be in excellent condition & was found to be true upon inspection (no dents, scratches, cracks, etc. externally - see photos) - powered on without problem & had battery charge - was able to complete set up & log into my Apple account without issue (note: I specifically bought wi-fi only model & some people have had issues with wi-fi/cellular models) - third party charging block & cord included. Be advised that using third party charging block and/or cord may not be sufficient to charge newer iPads. I used the charger provided and after charging over 3 hrs power increased only 45%. I am not deducting stars since this review is for the iPad itself & the charger being included is more of a courtesy. This was definitely the best price for this particular iPad being only one gen behind the most current iPad. The media could not be loaded. For a refurbished/renewed item (albeit, in “excellent” condition), this item appears new and in stunning condition. I’ll start with the “bad,” since the rest was overwhelmingly good: • absolutely no padding in the outer box to protect the iPad from rough transit. • different charging cable than official merchandise. • box was a bit scuffed. The good: • I had Apple run diagnostics and the item was in perfect shape and new condition — even had a full 100%+ battery. • bought for well below market value (especially for a 2022 space gray iPad Pro in the 1TB model). • a full-year warranty coverage (by Apple — visible in device settings) from the time I purchased AND it’s still eligible for Apple Care. • no visible use or damage — cosmetic or technical. • fully packaged and reset for a new buyer experience I was wary about some of the reviews, especially when paying almost 1560+ USD, but All Out Apple really came through. ipad looked to be in good condition when I received it, I was able to log in and set it up and it seems to work fine. I couldn't really test it though because it ran out of power and the charger they sent doesn't work. I contacted amazon and they contacted the company, who said they would send a replacement, but that was two weeks ago. Will have to buy a new charger. Not much of a savings when you factor that in. I'm just hopeful the ipad does work. Will update review when I can charge it. ... show more
