I have an HP laptop that was the top-of-the-line when I bought it 10 years ago. It was definitely time to buy a new laptop since everything else I have is Apple phone, iPad, AirPods decided just to do an Apple MacBook. It arrived in perfect condition looks brand new. We had a problem with it at first setting up thought I was going to have to send it back but it ended up being an Internet connection that kept having an issue once we figured that out setting up the MacBook there’s no problem. Basically brand new. Still had the plastic wrapping around the box. The product itself was shipped nice and secure in proper packaging. The computer itself is great. I’m a realtor and have multiple tabs running, I was having a bit of lag when I first started running it and upgraded to the newest OS and ran much smoother so if you run into that when you first start using it try that. Hardware wise it’s definitely decent for most stuff. If you do a lot of video editing and have heavy programs running you will want to upgrade and get one with an 16gb ram and better processor. I liked the Mac book pro just fine until 6 months after I had it the screen went black and computer was considered worth no value. Was told wouldn’t even fix it. Not worth the money supposedly saved by get refurbished one.
