The price is very cheap. I'm not sure about the formula. I have a 5 gallon aquarium and it seemed just to make the cloudy water worse. Instruction says to use 5mm or more. For 5 gallons or more. But it doesn't seem to do the trick. Maybe it will work for a aquarium that is less than 5 gallons. But other than that do not count on this just look for something else. PS. The product makes the Aquarium filter run faster. Which you will have to clean the filter more frequently. If it's a small filter you will get a clog really fast. ... show more

Misleading ! I read the reviews some good some bad. Unfortunately mine is bad. Turned the water cloudy as soon as I put it in. I was afraid for my beautiful betta. I did water change immediately.

I've been using this for years it absolutely works for the people that have seen it get cloudy in there tank that means it's working the tank has to get cloudy for it to work then after a few hours the tank will be crystal clear

This product works for my application. I have a 3 gallon water tank, with a Nano filter. After each tank cleaning I add the appropriate drops to my tank and the tank is crystal clear by the time I add my betta , Flames, back to his tank. I usually leave him out of the tank for 5 hours before I add him back. (I clean my whole tank out every week.) ... show more
