  • This power supply is pretty great
Size: ATX-GX1000W PCIE5
Ive bought the 850w, and 1000w pcie 5 versions and have a few thoughts. The 850 has incessant coil whine which literally drive me crazy so I sold it, but the 1000w pcie 5 version is definitely a step up in build materials and is super quiet, and works flawlessly.

  • Wallet Friendly

No frills semi modular power supply. do not recommend for a 4080 or 7900 series GPU.

  • Decent Replacement for EVGA PSU
Size: 650W
I ordered this item after my EVGA PSU died in the middle of the day, presumably because I didn't have enough ventilation under it. The first thing I did when this item arrived is plug it into my PSU tester. Most values came up as expected, though I did notice a funny value on the -12v line. I'm thinking this is my reader misbehaving, as the PSU functions totally fine. My main complaint is that I wish it had an extra molex cable for the peripheral fans. Also the molex jack housings are really poorly fit, be careful inserting! The actual function seems fine but the build could be better. As a budget item it's adequate but I'd recommend a higher quality one - Thermaltake is good. ... show more

  • Excellent for price
Size: 850W
This PSU has been phenomonial for my PC build. Does what the higher priced units do, very quiet and reallyy not loudunder heavy load like other reviews state. Has sustained heavy loads for 20 plus hours of computational work running high wattages on GPU and CPU.

  • Garbage lasted 20 days at 500w draw .-.
Size: 850W
The media could not be loaded. Bought this power supply with high hopes then yesterday I hit the power button to turn on my PC and this is what I get after about 8 hours of switching out parts like the GPU, ram, reseating components tearing out about 75 zipties of the all 10 fans and argb cords to try to find a short I got no farther luckily I had a friend with an EVGA power supply laying around swapped it and voila PC works perfectly as before I thought the psu might have been an issue from the beginning there were once or twice where PC shut down mid game but I read something where I should have the aio on the top and the hoses below the CPU pump cooler to reduce air bubbles staying over the CPU so I thought the CPU had over heated and moved the hoses around and it was good for about a week until this happened to me yesterday I searched if this brand was reputable after I fixed my problem with the new psu and I found a website on reddit where companies are supposed to submit there data from testing I.E. the 80 plus gold rating and the brand apevia has not submitted any data meaning this psu could very well be much lower then 80% with a gold rating I would guess more like 65% bronze it's been only 20 days and it's crapped out for reference I built this PC to upgrade my old pc and have bought everything but the graphics card cause my friend told me about how the 4060ti sales were much lower then anticipated and then they released the 16gb version for 70 dollars more so my friend was very mad he's stuck with the 8gb and that it may happen with the 4070 ti I was planning on buying cause why would there 4070ti have 12gb of vram and the 4060ti have 16gb that doesn't make sense so I've waited to see and am still running my old Asus 1070 turbo GPU so the total draw power right now is about 450watts to 500watts and this 850watt psu has crapped out in just 20 days of light use cause I also work and have a 2 year old so I don't even play everyday and when I do it's for 2-3 hours ._. very disappointed to say the least. ... show more

  • Solid as of now.....
Size: 1000W
To start I'm running a R5 5600x and an Asrock Taichi 6800XT I had EVGA 600W I didn't trust it would be able to handle my 6800XT. To start the unit is fairly loud but that's under load pending on the game and settings my GPU is easily snatching 300W during game play. However, this PSU has held it's own and it's Apevia's premier model for 80 bucks at the time of purchase it's not that bad. If you're really particular get one of the bigger names if if it gives you ease of mind. Both my GPU and CPU are OC'd and I haven't had any hiccups as of yet only time will tell but at this point in time I would recommend this PSU. EDIT: After 4 months and an upgrade to a 5800X3D this PSU is outstanding no issue at all. I was mistaken about how loud it was this thing is quiet came to realize it was my tower fan replaced it with an AIO and you can't hear anything. Would I use this for the higher tier equipment probably not but for a budget build most bang for your money. ... show more
