The jump pad and the spring cover are close together to avoid the foot sole being caught by the spring during use. Went through so many sellers for a trampoline and was so undecided. Struggled with reviews and comments. Finally found this one and took the plunge. Took maybe two days to arrive and set it up the following day. Was there moments that were a bit difficult, yes, was it hard to set up? No. We had this thing set up in less than 40 minutes. Sliding pieces into pieces, and connecting to create the tension was expected and even less work than we anticipated. My only struggle and it was barely a struggle was sliding the plastic over the foam poles to create the safety net. Other than that this was a breeze and so far I'm incredibly impressed. I ordered this 10ft trampoline in May. The instructions were easy and didn’t take long to put together. I think it took my husband and I an hour to assemble completely. While almost finished I realized we were missing just one spring. I contacted the seller and they sent an entire box of springs to me right away Ac few months have passed now and I just noticed one of the frame bars was bent. We had a ton of storms this summer and it has held up so well so I’m not sure how this happened But once again 4 months after my purchase I contacted the seller and they have apart shipped a new frame bar I’m so happy with how they handle their customers and plus my kids, husband and I all love the trampoline Best money spent so far in yard activities ... show more

It's a good trampoline for the price. The spring protection skirt is pretty flimsy and the safety net enclosure is fine, but not amazing. The actual trampoline is great; the frame is pretty easy to put together if you have a metric socket for a drill and the trampoline net and springs are good quality. I imagine that in a couple of years we'll have to replace the spring protector skirt. ... show more

All the pieces were there when I started, but my kids were helping and ended up losing 4 pieces of the hardware. We bought the 15 footer and my kids love it! It huge and very bouncy. It took me about 3-4 hours to do. I have a disabled leg and arm so I go pretty slow. The directions only have pictures so that could be better. A couple pieces of advice. The U poles at the bottom have to be turned a certain way to line up and its not labeled. The hardest part was getting all the bolt holes to line up so dont fully tighten any bolts until all bolts are in place. Also, the T connection pieces that connect the metal to make the actual trampoline ring don’t slide right into place. So you will have to hammer the T connections into the metal pieces to connect the ring. The instructions say nothing of this. As long as you go slow and make sure all holes are lined up you get in a rhythm. You just cant beat the price for such a large trampoline. Basketball hoop is junk though it broke on the third day ... show more

I had to have help putting it together, which I didn't like. For the most part, it was a terrific find. Not so expensive that I couldn't afford it for my granddaughters 3rd birthday, but well bought. I'm glad I found it. It's the perfect size for small, very energetic children of her age, and they all love it. She has the energy of the energizer bunny. It's hard for my 25 yr.
