I love these cameras. Very easy to install and get going. App works great. I like the little solar panels that keep them charging all the time so no need to get up on ladders and remove to recharge. You can replay videos locally, no need to pay for cloud, but you have an option to if you want to store footage there. I am very happy with these! Additionally the seller is great. One of my 4 cameras turned out to be defective (wouldn’t charge). I emailed them and they quickly responded and send a new camera right away. They followed up to make sure new camera was working. I've had these cameras a little over 6 months now. Initially, I loved them for the "wireless" abilities and solar recharging. This made things so much easier. My old camera system was wireless, but still required a power source, so unless you want to run extension cords all around your yard, this is the way to go. Not only does the solar recharge, it also gives you a notification if your battery is low and allows you to charge with a standard USB-C cord. The other great thing about this....NO SUBSRIPTIONS! It has it's own storage device that connects to the cameras and is sufficient to save recordings for all 4 cameras. I love the option of selecting "human only" to avoid the constant alerts from false alarms such as birds, spiders (who loved to build webs on my old system), and branches blowing in the wind. Also, the camera quality is amazing. It's crystal clear, full color, and HD. Lastly, I want to compliment the amazing customer service. Six months in, I had an electrical issue with 2 of my cameras and after working with the support team, they quickly replaced them and helped me to get my system back up and running. I bought this system to replace my Arlo system. Arlo went up in price and we’re charging a monthly fee, so I decided to give this a try. Ok, all in all, I really like it. The solar panels work really good, cameras have stayed pretty much fully charged. Design is nice, app is easy to use, pictures are clear and you can zoom them. Actually really nice set up. So here is what I do not like about these first thing is Arlo picks up motion a lot faster, so there is a delay in getting a alarm that someone is there probably about 20 seconds, which doesn’t sound like a lot but it actually is, Arlo was faster. 2nd issue is, it only picks up people and bigger things. It will not register cats, foxes,etc. The Arlo camera picked all this up. I really miss that feature. Now, would I buy again, yes, but if I had extra money to blow I would go with Arlo. If you don’t care about seeing animals and etc. than buy this. It’s cheaper, easy to use, and good quality. I also believe this camera has a better range, especially for live zooming, the pic is crystal clear. Hope that helps ... show more

Delivered on time and fast, 2 days. Packaging was perfect. Presentation of the product inside the box showed they cared a lot about and, took great pride in, what they do and make. After following the first few steps of the quick start guide by connecting the base to the internet, turning on the cameras, and downloading the app, the system quickly took over and comprehensively finished the setup for me. However, 1 camera failed to come online and ultimately was defective. More on that later. Installation was simple and the cameras were already performing exactly as the product description said it would. The camera has decent resolution. Crystal clear throughout my entire yard. The microphone picks up conversations from the neighbors that the camera can’t even see. The speaker is loud and clear but not overpowering. The cameras are sensitive enough to pick up leaves rustling but easily adjustable enough to only pick up humans and disregard everything else including vehicles if I want. The app is very user friendly and easy to understand. I wish that cross camera action play back automatically switched from one camera to the next but otherwise everything else works flawlessly. Too many features to list in this review. As for the defective camera. I contacted customer support by phone first. The representative was competent, professional, and very patient, as we walked through the thorough troubleshooting process. The camera was defective it happens with any product from time to time. Chris assured me the problem would be resolved by a higher team within 24 hours. The next day I contacted their support team through the app, which was way faster and an even better way to communicate with them. After they collected some more information and without argument a new camera was on its way to me free of charge. With no monthly fees the storage space in the base is more than enough for my needs but if I ever needed more they offer a cloud service at a very reasonable rate, 12 cents a day. ... show more
