Delivered on time and fast, 2 days. Packaging was perfect. Presentation of the product inside the box showed they cared a lot about and, took great pride in, what they do and make. After following the first few steps of the quick start guide by connecting the base to the internet, turning on the cameras, and downloading the app, the system quickly took over and comprehensively finished the setup for me. However, 1 camera failed to come online and ultimately was defective. More on that later. Installation was simple and the cameras were already performing exactly as the product description said it would. The camera has decent resolution. Crystal clear throughout my entire yard. The microphone picks up conversations from the neighbors that the camera can’t even see. The speaker is loud and clear but not overpowering. The cameras are sensitive enough to pick up leaves rustling but easily adjustable enough to only pick up humans and disregard everything else including vehicles if I want. The app is very user friendly and easy to understand. I wish that cross camera action play back automatically switched from one camera to the next but otherwise everything else works flawlessly. Too many features to list in this review. As for the defective camera. I contacted customer support by phone first. The representative was competent, professional, and very patient, as we walked through the thorough troubleshooting process. The camera was defective it happens with any product from time to time. Chris assured me the problem would be resolved by a higher team within 24 hours. The next day I contacted their support team through the app, which was way faster and an even better way to communicate with them. After they collected some more information and without argument a new camera was on its way to me free of charge. With no monthly fees the storage space in the base is more than enough for my needs but if I ever needed more they offer a cloud service at a very reasonable rate, 12 cents a day. ... show more

We bought this for our home since we are not in a heavily populated area. It is perfect- it is everything that they advertise it to be. It is relatively easy to upload- you just upload the app and it walks you through all the steps. They have wonderful customer service folks who really care and want to you help you so don't be afraid to ask for help. This product is amazing with an amazingly low price. The night vision for us is mostly black and white but all the images are very sharp and clear. The color pictures/videos during the day are absolutely breathtaking. You have plenty options; you can zoom in and manually record videos to be uploaded on your cell phone gallery. It stores lots of files - one minute for each video, but it keeps recording by creating another video. It records based on moving and heat temperature. It is everything they promise it to be. The recordings and uploaded like files on a computer. You can see great expanses of your property, but it only picks up and records on about 50 ft from the camera. We have one of the cameras loaded on a tree, far from the house, but it still picks it up. You must keep camera in the shade (under the eaves of your roof as stated in the directions), with the solar panel in the sun. However, one of our solar panels is mostly in the shade but it is still 80% charged. You can view everything from your cell phone, no matter how far away you are. The app is fantastic- it even tells you how much WiFi it has and how much battery life each solar panel has. This is one of the best products we have ever purchased on Amazon. We even bought one for our church, which is great since we recently had one of our HVAC units stolen from the back of the church. My sister-in-law is a widow and she bought one too. I love it, and you won't have any trouble getting help from customer service if you have any questions while installing - they are great to work with. The media could not be loaded. So since we finally able to get internet 3/2024 I finally took the plunge of getting cameras. After spending all Sunday after work and most of Monday I decided on these ones. Not only is there no monthly fees but they have great customer service online, via phone and email. They are very easy to install, I installed them all myself except the first one. All you need is a drill, ladder, and I used a sharpie. The pictures are nice and clear and crisp as well as the videos. It is very easy to delete the videos you don’t want by just selecting select all and delete. No hassle! The audio works very well you can talk to someone and they can talk back to you through the camera. My cats love them and it scares off the raccoons as well!!! I love checking them while I am away. It’s pretty cool to even just check up on my fur kids and everyone else just to see what they are doing. We live in a very wooded area but they seem to be working just fine. We love them!!! Highly recommend these cameras!!! As you can see above or below the video of the neighbors Guinea in our yard it alerted with an alarm and motion. There are different zones you can set for each camera. Can set for just humans or for others. You can see the wifi strength, solar panel, and battery on the camera on the app. The app is very easy to use and very easy to hook up the cameras, hub and sync. Very easy and straight forward on setting up your cameras and different options you can select for each. You can view each camera separately and you can show all 4 cameras together. Easy to setup and install right out of box. AOSU has great customer support and even offered help before cameras arrived. Picture, field of view and sound are good. Battery life is very good and the small solar panels keep them fully charged. Would be nice if they came in a black color option. I have 8 cameras from this company and have no complaints. My only issue is that I prefer the moveable cameras over the fixed view ones I just installed. ... show more
