We order the stroller to take our dogs on trails through the woods. The larger front tire doesn't pivot and the two smaller tires aren't for trails. The braking system wasn't attached properly the springs weren't connected. The tire adjustment on the front end was in pieces. The rear tire hub had all the allen bolts were loose and apart. We provided pics of the wearing that occurred due to the loose hub the first time using it. The plastic cap strips from the screw when tightened. We expected better for the cost. ... show more

The instruction manual was hilariously useless. Why have a page labeling all the parts as A,B,C, etc if you're never going to explain how the pieces fit together? It would just say "step 1: attach back wheel to trailer". What's the point of including any instructions if that's all you're gonna say? I couldn't find any instructions on youtube because they were all for different products. I hope I'm able to figure it out but I'm nervous I'll do something wrong and won't have confidence in my baby's safety. ... show more

After ordering we had put in a cancelation request because we realized the front center wheel doesnt move freely in the way we had hoped. But we held out and waited to receive the product before officially canceling/ returning it. SO GLAD WE WAITED TO RECEIVE IT. After receiving it we realized that the free moving front wheel is not a big deal at all and this product as a whole is absolutly awesome. Super great quaility, tons of rad features, rides amazing. Awesome product, best running stroller I have owned. I received it few weeks ago, and already put 80 miles on it with two kids inside (about 85 pounds). Great on all terrains tested (mountain trails, pavement, sand/beach and grass). I love how it allows for storage in the trunk and how quickly you can assemble it by pushing a button like piece on the wheels (rear) and inserting the front wheel with security pins. The most versatile trailer at this price point, some cons includes: 1) The smell of the fabric may take several days to air out. 2) The bike coupler attachment has a hole that can be smaller for at least some e-bikes. I need to buy another to make it work.

The cover barley fits to the Velcro, the tires are flat! The whole handle bar to push the stroller is damaged! I’d think with how much money I spent of this it would come in perfect condition. I feel like this is used and I am VERY upset. Not only was it difficult to put together! The instructions are very hard to see clearly! If I would of known all of this before purchasing over a $300 stroller/ trailer I would not of bought this! Waiting for customer service to respond! Will be giving a update!
