The media could not be loaded. This umbrella with the solar panel for convenient lighting at night is the best idea ever! Keeps us shaded during the day and gives us a soft glow for a relaxing ambiance in the evening. The umbrella was super easy to assemble, click the solar panel into the plug and twist it into place on top of the umbrella and that's it. The crank to lift and unfold the umbrella is sturdy and has a smooth action, you can tilt the shade to block the sun as it goes across the sky. It fit perfectly in our umbrella stand from the home improvement store. The lights have a on and off switch too which is on the pole, this shade truly is amazing and the cloth is durable and has absolutely fabulous vibrant color! Umbrella arrived today. It took longer to get it out of the box then it did to set up. The canvas seems sturdy, pole appears to be aluminum. Cranked up effortlessly. Saw one the same size at Lowe’s last week for $50 more. The lights create a nice ambiance and are a nice touch. I bought the 5 year no questions asked warranty for a very minimal amount and would recommend doing that. Wife loves it so that’s all that matters. ... show more

The umbrella is really nice for the cost. The little solar lights are cute at night. They look really pretty on and stay on for 4+ hours. They are decorative though and don’t cast much light. If you need light, these may not be bright enough for you. It is pretty water resistant. I used it in light rain and didn’t get wet. Very happy with the umbrella. ... show more

Good quality and good price. Charged up in a day. The lights all work but it is a little dim. But enough light to see to eat by and just hang out by. Looks great with my table. Gorgeous color - exactly what we wanted. The lights are great as well and add a lot of ambience to the patio at night. If you are choosing between an umbrella with lights and without lights, definitely go with lights. Probably this umbrella isn't as heavy duty as a commercial umbrella and if you are trying to block out 100 degree heat, I'm not sure how it would perform, but we haven't tried that yet - just need it for bright sun on mild days when we eat outside and also use it at night a lot just for ambience. We love to sit outside at night and play games, and this umbrella has great lighting. Very easy to assemble, and durable. We get high winds where we live and this umbrella can take the abuse. We try to put it down at night, but forget sometimes. We are using it with a concrete table. It fit perfectly down the middle of the table, and since it's concrete, the umbrella is super stable. This is a great addition to my deck. I live on the water so when the wind comes up, I retract umbrella.
