TLDR Review: Very happy with it, Compact and convenient on the desk, super easy to setup, works for both my MacBook Pro and Windows PC! Print quality is great too, overall satisfied. In depth Review: This is my second thermal printer and I have to say I’m very satisfied with it so far! I love the size and style, fits in on my desk great. Everything you need to get set up is right in the box plus some alcohol wipes which are great to give it a little clean before adding it to your desk area! It also came with some labels to get you started, an in depth guide/manual, Printer cable, USB with the guide and necessary drivers and a USB 2.0 to USB C adapter so you can easily set it up and use it with a MacBook. Very simple and easy to setup, comes with a USB Drive like I mentioned with all the necessary drivers for Mac or Windows. Only a few clicks later it was set up and ready to print! I did a bunch of test prints using PirateShip and the labels all came out clean and crisp. The print quality seems great, all barcodes legible and printed 4x6 Shipping labels perfectly. It was very easy to feed and remove labels as well as cut them off with the easy label cutting edge. The inner adjusting label guides allow you to insert different sized labels including smaller 2x3 labels for example. You can print anything from barcodes all the way to organization labels for in and around your home or office. Thermal printers can be very useful for other purposes besides just shipping labels so definitely a solid investment with this Aobio D4 shipping label printer. I also love thermal printers in general since there’s no stressing about constantly having to buy and refill ink so overall its very convenient and cost effective. Thermal printed labels also super waterproof so that’s one less thing to think about when shipping packages/your other printing needs! I also really like the white color scheme, it’s clean and minimal on my desk has a super small footprint and is a welcome addition to my overall workflow.. Is just an amazing printer i just need to said the print is not perfect 100% but still have a decent quality I've been using it in all my shipping labels and they all arrive perfect what i mean is even when is not 100% perfect is very good, good enough for the price

I love this printer. It's small, quiet, very easy to set up, and works great. Something to note about the print quality is that your label needs to be super high resolution for it to print out dark and clear. If you are screenshotting and converting your label over and over it's gonna lose it's quality and will print out super patchy, faded looking and blotchy. Also, not be ideal because of the paper but thought I'd mention, you're not limited to just labels. I've been having fun printing small pictures and making stickers for my journals and stuff lol. ... show more

I have a MacBook and I can’t get the printer to work with it. I have a cord converter, which is what the company recommends on here, but on their website, it says it won’t work. I reached out to their support and they are not answering.

The printer works as expected. My main feedback is that works with MERCARI platform. I mainly use ebay and Mercari for online sales. Ebay no problem at all, just need to adjust the size of the label on ebay setting and is done, very easy. MERCARI need some extra works, but if you follow the instructions included on the box of the printer, done. Use "take a snapshot" function of Acrobat Reader to crop and print. Do not crop to save as a picture as it results in light and poor printing. ... show more
