We have been searching for two years for taller and realistic looking artificial palm trees for around our pool. Saw these two weeks ago on Amazon and finally seemed like something we were looking for. We only purchased the two at first until we could see one put in a larger pot and judge how realistic they looked. Well they don't disappoint! They are very realistic and the perfect height. Anything taller would be a struggle here with our high Missouri winds. We soon ordered two more! They are so with the money and we are so happy we finally have palm trees by our pool. I saw comments about how they stand up to wind. Use your judgement. Anything in excess of 45 mph you might want to pull the tops off! I love that feature! We had up to 80 mph winds a few nights ago! Fronds act like a sail... tipped tree over even though weighted in large pot with stones. No damage to tree. Storm came in late at night unexpected. In future if any threat of severe storms we will pull the tops off. Can't give a bad review for something mother nature created! ... show more

Bought these trees to place around my backyard. They look realistic and were easy to assemble. Biggest complaint is leaves are weak. I bought several and every one of them sheds leaves daily. The picture was taken this morning after a similar pile was pocked up yesterday morning. They were fine for the first few months. Now, I’m afraid they will all be off and the trees junked within a year. Not thrilled with the quality at all! I’d return if I could hit outside the window to do so. Update 8-14-23 The seller stepped up and extended a refund offer as a result of my concerns. I’ve upgraded my review as a result of this generous customer service action. ... show more

I don't often submit reviews but I'll admit i read a lot of them. But, after furnish a home that will be only used occasionally there was a need for many faux plants. I ordered this one on a whim and man was i pleased with the everything about it. The size, the scale, how good it looks. I saw a lot of faux plants (both ordered and in person) on this trip and this one really knocked it out of the park. The price point is insane (just check out Home Depot or World Market if you don't believe me). One important thing to remember. You HAVE to futz with this plant. I bent and manipulated every leaf and branch to get it to look like my photo. I even moved a couple of leaves around. Once you do i guarantee you will be as stoked as i was. I will say, this room does not get a lot of natural light in this corner so i cannot speak to how it will look in direct sun and at 8.5 feet it is very tall.
