The media could not be loaded. I admittedly have some packrat tendencies, since I hate to get rid of things if they work perfectly fine. Especially when older things tend to be better quality than new. So, I still own three 30-pin dock systems. I actually also own three working iPod Nanos (at least when plugged in), but once you get used to streaming infinite music, it’s just not the same. I stumbled across this item, jumped to purchase it,, and I’m here to confirm the other happy reviews - it works, and it works so WELL! I am ridiculously pleased and impressed with this little gadget. As is typical with Bluetooth, you’ll need to up the volume a little, but you still get ample sound, and it is so CLEAR! I included video of a section of Paris Paloma’s amazing song, Notre Dame, just be aware that it sounds SO much better in person! Setting things up is simple. Open the box, remove the device from the little plastic bag, remove the clear, scratch protection cling sheets from both sides, and pop this little guy onto your 30-pin adapter. Turn on the power to your 30-pin speaker system, and the device audibly announces it’s in Bluetooth pairing mode, with lights blinking as another indicator. From there, just connect to it as you would any other Bluetooth device. There is an included instruction sheet for the less tech savvy. All told, I spent under a minute to get things working, before I was streaming music from my phone to my iHome iP1 100 watt speaker system. If you have an old 30-pin speaker dock around, I HIGHLY recommend buying this, you will NOT be sorry! ... show more

I have several JBL On Stage type devices around the house that I'm no longer using with an iPod. This ANNNWZZD 30 Pin Bluetooth adapter is a plug & play fix to bring these devices back to life. I read other reviews reporting background noise when using this adapter. I noticed a very slight GSM type buzz when I turned the volume up all the way and put my ear next to the speaker. However, at a normal listing level I didn't hear any background noise. Pairing the device was simple and straightforward. It's hard to miss a device named ANNNWZZD in the new device list. When I power on my clock radio the phone automatically connects the Bluetooth device. This is an inexpensive fix if you have any legacy devices that you'd like to continue using. ... show more

    • Nice audio quality, but dock controls do not function.
I like this unit, but I don't love it. I was really hoping the controls on the dock for play/pause and track movement would function. They do not. My dock does not have a display, so I don't know if track information would be available to the dock. I am assuming not, based on the lack of controls function, but your mileage may vary there. You can control volume from your phone or from the dock unit, but they are independent. I don't really like this either. I would prefer if the phone sent a normalized volume to the dock and the dock volume control was used. To use this unit, you will need to turn the bluetooth volume on your phone all of the way up (or almost all of they way up). Then you can control the volume accurately from the dock. If you do not turn the phone all of the way up you may experience some background hiss on the dock when increasing the volume due to the low level input. So, in summary. This does bring some life back to my old 30 pin connector based accessories and I think it is probably the best option out there... I was hoping for more though. Not docking any stars based on the above review since the unit does not claim to do anything I listed. ... show more

One of my hobbies is to perform in vocal cabarets, as an entertainer at social gatherings, and hosting karaoke events. I have been using a Samson XP308i PA system for the past 8 years. The mixer has a 30-pin docking station connects to bluetooth via Samson BT 30. The Samson BT 30 quit working recently and I was relieved to quickly replace it with the ANNNWZZD 30 Pin Bluetooth Adapter. My desktop computer and my Nano each connected and were streaming promptly.
