Their are different weights in the straps, also comes with a detailed manual of which exercises to do with it and what it targets. Great in theory but the whole mechanism to keep the strap set into the d-ring pulled out after just a few months of use. Flew back and hit my knee and caused a huge cut/bruise/contusion that will keep me out of the gym for a week or more. You get what you pay for.
