I loved it- the size, how portable it is, how light it is, how easy it is to use, the fast charge, and it was working out very well, until one day when I accidentally dropped my phone while using the power bank. Big design flaw with the AC plug piece. It broke off and the piece couldn’t properly close back up. The AC plug still worked, but after plugging it and unplugging it twice, the piece came off of the band, and now the power bank is totally useless. Anker has limited warranty on their products, and I contacted them to try and get a replacement or fix, but this situation is not covered. It’s a shame that I had it for 9 months and that happened. I’m basically throwing away a like-new product as I’ve only used it about 10 times. ... show more

I purchased this lil portable power bank about 9 months ago. I had been in need of a more compact option to take with me to concerts and keep in my purse. I’d really been loving it but unfortunately it stopped working a couple of days ago. I’ve charged the power bank and all lights are on so it’s fully charged. However, when plugging in my phone or AirPod case neither one charges. Even tried turning it on and then plugging in my devices. I’m pretty sure it’s the lightening cable adapter part that broke, unfortunately that means I can no longer use the power bank. I really enjoy Anker products because of the quality and especially these new designs that come in fun colors. I even bought the lighting 5 ft cable and wall charger in the matching blue color. It’s an absolute beast when it comes to power, it charges my phone up insanely fast and I’m not sure if it’s just where I have an iPhone 12 mini, but I get about 1.5 charges despite it only promising 70%.
