Started out great. Charges the phone well and stores easily. After using it fewer than 10 times in a few months, the flip adapter broke off. Now it’s a paper weight. [Update: 10/01/2024] After reaching out to Anker support, they confirmed that the item was still under the manufacturer warranty and issued an immediate replacement shipped directly to me. I received the new unit and it works great just like the original one. I purchased this lil portable power bank about 9 months ago. I had been in need of a more compact option to take with me to concerts and keep in my purse. I’d really been loving it but unfortunately it stopped working a couple of days ago. I’ve charged the power bank and all lights are on so it’s fully charged. However, when plugging in my phone or AirPod case neither one charges. Even tried turning it on and then plugging in my devices. I’m pretty sure it’s the lightening cable adapter part that broke, unfortunately that means I can no longer use the power bank. I really enjoy Anker products because of the quality and especially these new designs that come in fun colors. I even bought the lighting 5 ft cable and wall charger in the matching blue color.
