I can't believe I have not reviewed this product before. We purchased this juicer nearly 10 years ago directly from Angel Juicer and could not be happier with our purchase. After blowing through 2 other masticating juicers, we were in need of a juicer that extracted more juice from the produce and one that didn't have all these plastic parts. We did our research and landed on the Angel Juicer 5500. It is a workhorse and will not disappoint. So much quieter than the others, too! We were able to extract so much more juice in less time which resulted in drier pulp, less waste, less produce and massive cost savings on our grocery bill. We use the standard housing unit for all our produce. While soft fruit sometimes takes a lot longer to juice, such as pineapple and mangos, it gets the job done. Finally after 10 years we just purchased the soft fruit housing unit and cannot wait to try it. I also have to praise the quality of this machine. When we are juice fasting, we use this juicer every day for 60 days straight to make anywhere from 170 to 204 oz. of juice daily. Takes us about 2 hours to make a full days worth of juice, plus extra for 2 people. Sounds like a lot, but it was taking us a lot longer to juice the same amount using the Omega and Breville. This machine is a work horse and gets the job done. Aside from having to purchase a new cleaning brush and the rubber rings for the housing unit and wooden plunger, we have not had any mechanical issues. I have a few cheap juicers, and they’re ok. But my Angle Juicer is the best. It masticates the fruit and greens completely, and separates both totally. It’s. very expensive, but no other juicer works as well. The clean-up to me isn’t any more difficult than any other juicer, and I give it a 5 out of 5… ... show more

I use my Angel Juicer 5500 almost daily for the past 11 years and it is still working the best. It broke down once and I had to send it in. It was repaired and sent back in no time and at no charge. If anybody asks me for advice on a juicer, I always tell them to save their money until they can afford to buy an Angel Juicer. It is so worth it. The pulp is almost dry, so it really gets all the juice out of the vegetables. Cleaning is easy after you get your own routine. All in all, there is no better juicer on the market. ... show more

The customer service does not exist! They dont return calls or answer e mails. I love this juicer . Customer service did reach out to me. Our time zones are different. We resolved the problem. And my juicer is working again. The were very apologetic and kind. Im a happy juicer owner agsin. Thank you

    • Horrible customer service
We repeatedly wrote the sales company and importer during Covid to get them to honor their promises. They have not responded. My daughter’s $1500.00 juicer has been a complete waste of money! The grinders stuck in the neck and we cannot remove them. Their customer service is worthless!
