This doll was the lowest price I'd seen it on Amazon when I bought her, but mine was a case of you get what you pay for. The box was mostly intact, but the section that was supposed to hold the second pair of shoes had been torn out. This was unfortunate, as I didn't much like the style of shoes she was already wearing. The clothes fit rather snug, which I can relate to. The paint on her face was okay, but her dark lips have a white stain that I can't get off. Minuses aside, this doll line is popular for good reasons, such as sturdiness and quality-made clothes. That said, I'm no doll connoisseur, but I have Natasha Zima from Shadow High as well, also bought on Amazon, and she's practically perfect in every way. So I can only suppose that when you buy for half-price online rather than full price in-store, there's bound to be some faults on some dolls, but you might get lucky and she'll be perfect. ... show more

She is really beautiful. Everything about her is great except just a bit of misplaced rooted hair near hairline. A small quantity control mistake. Other than that I'm happy since it could have been something way worse when taking risk of ordering online.

This doll is gorgeous! My daughter is a doll lover and collector. She fell in love with her complete look, her skin tone, 2 outfits, shoes, soft hair, the mad attention to detail in her overall appearance. This dolls black skin tone is gorgeous and jaw dropping. My daughter screamed, teared up, could not stop combing her hair, or telling me thank you! She loves this doll. It is her first Shadow High doll and she is in love. The media could not be loaded. Shanelle Onyx is such a gorgeous doll. Her clothes have insane detail & I can tell a lot of time & effort was put into this girl. Her nails are painted silver, her shoes have fuzz on them, her socks are a black frilly fish net, and her second outfit is so so detailed. The clothes feel very high quality and so does the doll. She has good weight to her. Her hair is so soft, no product had to be washed out. These dolls are really nice to have as a collector, and they’re not too expensive. 10/10 would buy again! ... show more
