Ok, I purchased this for my 2006 Ford Expedition. That unit looks and works great! So, I purchased another unit for my 2006 Lincon Navigator. The second unit was dead out of the box. Called amazon and they replaced it right away. This was August 2022. Today is 8/7/2022 and the unit in the 2006 Lincon Navigator went out. No screen at all. Power come on, but that is it. I emailed the vendor on the warrantee. Now I have to wait 2 days to hear back. I will say the one in the Ford is still working great! And the one in the Lincon was working great and then it just died. Tried Reset, verified power is working, but the screen is just dead! I will update my review based on how the vendor fixes this problem. Update: vendor offered two options. They would fix under warranty if I shipped to them at my cost or they would offer 100% refund. I took the refund option and then repurchase the upgraded version of this radio. Refund was processed right away. So I was happy with the customer service. ... show more

For a hundred dollars or less, what can you really hope for? Well, this one will surprise you. The build quality is quite good. Screen is nice and heavy, Harnesses aren't the best but I have seen much worse on higher priced units. It is a little more involved to install, but if you make a plan before you start tearing your stuff apart, you will be fine. That is the good. Now for the not quite as good. Could of had a remote. The gui could use a little polishing for appearance and ease of navigation. When trying to go on youtube or the other web apps, it is quite laggy. So, just download your tunes to a flash drive and it is not an issue. I give it a 7.5 out of 10, when comparing it to other similar items. I bought it for MUSIC, NAVIGATION, SCREEN MIRRORING, MOVIES, etc ... MUSIC: works amazing and actually sounds great. NAVIGATION: USELESS, it physically can't handle it unless you have time to wait 5+ minutes for it to find and load directions. And God forbid you miss your turn, it literally takes over 1/2 mile before it recalculates, and by then you're already past the new turn that it tells you to take. SCREEN MIRROR: USELESS, both USB or wireless mirroring keep getting disconnected. WIFI: connection is good, but the unit is so slow it can't even download or load anything. Forget streaming. And it can't even play videos on YouTube. TOUCHSCREEN: it works, mostly. Enough to be satisfied. The screen itself works, but the touch controls on the side seem to be hit and miss. VOICE COMMAND: this things listens about as well as my ex wife. Total waste of money. Buy better more expensive quality. ... show more

This is a budget radio BUT we’ll worth every penny. One thing that sucks is your can’t change the “home” screen. Very easy to use interface. Really have to use your brain to install with such a small area to work with to mount into your vehicle. Overall very satisfied

I should have put more thought about the problems with a larger screen. I had to modify my dash kit move my screen up and right to clear my heater controls. speed is preset to kilometers and the change is hidden, the seller didn't know this and said it wasn't changeable. bought a 4 channel amp because I assumed the built in amp would be inadequate. to find it only had 1 set of audio out RCA cables so ran high pass wires for the front channel and hooked up the RCA cables to the rear channel only to find pout that the RCA cable was off front channel so now I have to tear all apart and rewire. had so many features I assumed it would be set up to run a 4 channel amp. It has lots of features but seems you have to understand computer programing to unlock its full potential home screen is kind of cheesy with no options. I suspect there is a way to change it but not with the basic instructions provided. has potential to be a very nice unit if someone could smooth out the programing. sound quality is good with an amp. couldn't say how good without the amp. ... show more

Wi-Fi not great if you don't connect the backup camera, told that it uses the wiring to extend range but you can try to insert the reverse input cable into the radio. The radio only needs to insert the reversing input cable, which can enhance the signal, even if the camera is not connected. Plug in the radio jack, the reversing input line does not need to connect anything else. Fits perfectly in my Sebring Convertible and bright enough to see the screen in the Arizona sun. ... show more
